Levy's Death

"Gajeel, I'm pregnant."
Gajeel spit out the booze he was drinking. "What did you say Shimp?" Gajeel said turning his head towards her slowly and creeply. Levy rolled her eyes sighing. "I'm pregnant. With your child." She said slowly. "Do you need me to repeat?" She asks. She's speaking to me like I'm a five year old. Gajeel thought.

"My child? Shrimp, I'm sure I used protection." Gajeel said in a whisper, afraid someone might overhear. Levy sighed. "I used a test and everything Gajeel!" She yelled annoyed.
"Alright alright sheesh." Gajeel sighed. "Guess you're gonna have to move in with me Shrimp!" He picked her up and threw her over his shoulder. "G-Gajeel! Put me down!" Levy said pounding against his back as he walks out of the guild.

"Gajeel... I don't feel ready," said a 8 month old pregnant Levy. "C'mon shrimp, don't be afraid."
"I'm not afraid. Just.. worried." Levy sighed. "Everything is going to be alright," Gajeel said trying to calm his wife down. They got married as soon as they found out Levy was pregnant. "Besides, whats there 'ta be worried 'bout Shrimp?"
Levy sighed as she rubbed her belly, "Well, the baby could have a problem, or or something could happen, or-"
"Stop," Gajeel said, "ain't nuthin gonna be wrong with Shrimp jr." Gajeel grinned.
"Yeah, you're right." Levy smiled. "Thanks Gajeel."

"Gajeel stop fighting with Natsu and Gray!" Levy yelled annoyed while Lucy and Juvia sighed.
"Sorry S-" Levy's eyes widen as she bent over slightly as she hugged her stomach.
"Levy-Chan! Whats wrong?" Asked a very worried Lucy. "M-my water broke.." She looked at Gajeel. "I'm.. AHHHHH!" Levy screamed in pain.
"Gajeel! Levy's in labor, get her to the hospital!" Gray yelled hitting Gajeel who looked like he was gonna faint.
"R..right!" Gajeel said. He picked Levy up bridal style and ran to the hospital.

"Push!"
Gajeel sat besides Levy, clutching her hand in his as she screamed. "It's okay.. It'll be over soon." Gajeel said trying to calm Levy down as she screamed. "It hur- AHHH!" She screamed as she continued to push.
Soon enough, Gajeel heard the sounds of crying.. from a baby! Gajeel was so happy and proud of Levy, she's delivered his child. He looked at her smiling widely as he kissed her forehead.
"Sir, you need to get out." One of the nurses said suddenly. "What? Why?!" Gajeel paniced. "Your wife in bleeding badly and there is a chance she won't live." She said calmly.
"HELP HER!" Gajeel roared. "Gajeel.." Levy's soft voice made Gajeel look at her, calming down. "I love you.. Please.. Take care of him." She said before closing her eyes. "Levy?.."

*5 years later*
"Be careful Gale!!" Gajeel watched as his son ran around the guild. "Happy Birthday!" The guild memebers said to him as he ran by. "Gale, happy birthday.." Natsu and Lucy's child, Luna, said. "Thanks Lu-Lu!" Gale said grabbing the gift and hugging her.
Gajeel smiled as he's noticed how much his son as grown. "Must be hard.." Juvia said. "Gajeel-Kun taking care of Gale by himself, Juvia could've helped you." She said with a soft smile.
"It's alright Juvia, I promised Shrimp I'd take care of him.." Gajeel said with a sad smile. He really missed Levy and for the first few weeks he cried himself to sleep. He didn't exactly know how to take care of a baby so he would ask Bisca or Alzack for help.
"It's a painful reminder that every year on this day, is both a sad and rememberable time for Levy-Chan.." Lucy said sighing. Gajeel just nodded.
Even if he couldn't see her, touch her, speak to her, he knew she was there.
Just by smelling the air.
