Irfam POV

I went back to my bed to have a nap after I come back from masjid, I slept for good 2hrs, when my groaning tommy wake me up, reminding me that, since yesterday evening I ate something.

So I made my way to the washroom and have a heavy shower, I just wear on a light cloth and headed to sitting room.

I intended to leave the house and head to my normal eatery restaurant but this sweet savour able scent from the dinning room couldn't let me.

I tried my possible best to deny what my eyes saw and how my heart captured the figure sitting on one of the dinning chairs.

She is peacefully eating her breakfast, headphones were plugged both her two ears and she is silently murmuring God knows what.

She is not aware of my presence, so I seated on one of the  sofa in a way that she wouldn't see me.

When she finished her breakfast, she made her way to her room giving me the chance to fill my tommy.

I quickly moved to the dinning table, I served myself a plate of fried yam and liver sauce then dive into it.
Ya salam! The food taste heaven, the sauce is so to die for, before I realise the warmers are empty staring back at me I ate the whole food I can't remember the last time a ate that much food.
I wiped my mouth with a napkin and head back to my room with the thought of what will be the so-called  bride doing right now!
Is not like I care, I closed the door behind me as I sauntered into the room.

Jasrah POV

So the so-called groom didn't mind to see me or check on me, Is he that... The song of maheer zain 'MashaAllah' filled the atmosphere in the room which jolted me out from my thoughts, I stretched my hand to reach for the phone from the bedside drawer,
I checked on the ID
Ya Allah! Uncle Sani! What is he calling for? I quickly clicked the answer button and and pressed the phone on my right ear
"Assalamu Alaikum" I salamed

"Wa alaykum mussalam dear"

Ya Allah I can't remember once in my lifetime uncle Sani addressing me with 'dear' am I dreaming??

"Good morning uncle, how was your night?"
I greeted

"Morning Jasrah, my night was fantastic how was yours? How's your husband?"
Ohh my... Am so eager to know the reason for the call.
"Alhamdulillah! Mine was fantastic too" I said leaving the latter question unanswered.

"Meet me at your in-laws apartment, okay?"

"Okay, I will be there in a jiffy"
I said as he hung the call, I dragged my veil and wrapped it properly around my fragile petit frame, I put on my flat shoes and headed out through the main door, the compound is extremely big, it's surrounded with flowers at each and every Angle, the parking lot is located at the middle of the large compound, I silently stroll to the left side of the house that leads to my in-laws apartment, the house is extremely beautiful well build and well furnished.
'Bismillah' I whispered the moment I rang the doorbell.

"Coming!" Came a voice, the door was flung open, a lady at her 10s (I.e 18 or 19) came into view.

"Yehhhh! Our Aunty is here! You are highly welcome Darling" she said as she pull me in for hug.

"Will you let her in for Allah's sake bahijjah?" A woman scolded from our back.
The one called bahijja quickly drag me in and close the door behind us.
"You are warmly welcome dear"
The particular woman that scolded bahijja said with a bright smile plastered on her lips, wow! The woman is so beautiful at her 40s or 50s I guess.

"Thank you" I mouthed,
bahijja drag me deep in to the parlour, I silently seated on the carpeted floor and looked at the whole parlour 'well furnished' I thought.

"Jasrah dear" I heard uncle Sani's voice, I scanned the parlour critically as my eyes landed on him laying on the tree  seaters sofa.
Bahijja brought me some refreshments as we exchanged pleasantries.
