Jasrah POV
"Jasrah" uncle Sani called and paused to look straight into my eyes
"I know that you were more than sad about how forcefully I get you married to someone you don't know and you never dream to marry..." He continued
"I want you to know that I didn't do this to turn your life into pieces, but to build a bright life for u..."
He paused and look at the woman sitting right beside him(my in-law whom was addressed as Hajjo earlier by her daughter bahijja) she nodded confirmatively.
"You don't have the idea on how rich and wealthy Irfam is..." He continued
"Irfam lost his mother right from his twenties so he grew into the canopy of his father's extreme love and care, he never lack what he want, he only have to point a finger to whatever he wants and get it, When he reached the age of thirty his father passed away I.e After the three years of his (the father) marriage with this woman..." He pointed at hajjo
Ohh! So this bahijja is her daughter with another man not the same father with Irfam...
"His father was a millionaire of his life time so all that he has was inherited by his son (I.e Irfam)..." He paused
"All the documents of the unutterable wealth of Alhaji Sirajo Daware is packed and well secured kept in a private locker in a private password locked room located in Irfam's closet. To cut it short... Our mission on this marriage of yours is to get us the documents..." He paused and looked at me
I felt a heavy burden kept on my shoulders,
How am I going to do this? How? How dare me! Noooooo! My inner concise said
"I trust you Jasrah, I know you can do this, I know, you are so wise, brilliant and intelligent. You can do this Jasrah dear" He said with amusement playing in his eyes.
"U can do this Darling! I will be there for you, I will help u out, I will be by your side, you can do this for me, for your uncle, for my two children and for yourself and your mum, I promised to take you abroad to leave the rest of your life with the man of your dream if you get us the documents, let's cooperate I will always make a plan and you follow understand?"
Ya Allah! I can't see myself doing this I can't! Never in my life doing this never!
But instead I nodded my head in confirmation and fake a smile.
Hajjo hugged me tightly "I know you can do this habibity" she said and hugged me more tighter.
