You look on in horror, as Eren's fist crushes the rooftop where Mikasa was standing. You grit your teeth and glare at Eren, as you resolve yourself for what you're about to do.
'Damn you Eren!...This is why I work alone!...Other people are too unreliable!'
You grip your swords tighter. "Ian! I'm going to take him down!" You don't wait for a response, you simply fire a wire into Eren's face and brace yourself for flight. "Wait! Look!" You hear Thomas call out, as he points at the cloud of smoke covering the rooftop. A wave of relief washes over you, as Mikasa emerges. She flies into Eren's face, blood trickling from a small cut on her cheek. "Eren! Don't you recognise me!?!? It's Mikasa! Your family! You have to pick up that rock and plug the hole!..." Mikasa's attempts at reason aren't getting any reaction from Eren, but you decide to stay your blades...For now at least.
"The mission's failed!..." You hear a woman's voice off in the distance. Turning your head, you see a white haired women with glasses loading a flare gun. *BANG!

"I knew...There was no secret weapon!" You watch in silence as the red trail of smoke climbs higher and higher into the air, signalling your failure to Pyxis.
'I guess we had better retreat. I just need to find a way to grab Mikasa without getting killed...Tch. What a pain in the ass!'
You turn to Thomas and Mina, twirling your finger around in a circle. They both shake their heads, refusing to leave unless you do. You look back at Eren, Mikasa still hanging off of his face. "Eren! You're human!..." She is still trying to talk to him. "You're..." You see Eren preparing for another attack. "Mikasa, incoming!" With your warning, Mikasa is able to avoid Eren's fist, leaving it to collide with nothing but his own face, the force of the impact obliterates the top half of his head. Eren takes two ponderous steps back before falling to the ground, he isn't even breathing. Mikasa lands on the same rooftop as you and Ian, shock written all over her face. Another Garrison soldier stares at Eren in fear. "What the hell?...He's just another stupid titan!" You hear two sets of footsteps coming up behind you, as Thomas and Mina decide to join you as well. "I thought I told you two to stay away until we could determine he wasn't a threat!?!?" Mina shakes her head slowly. "Look at him! He's no threat to anyone at the moment!" Thomas rubs the back of his head in disappointment. "Could this have gone any worse?..." You're about to answer him but are interrupted by frantic shouting. "Captain Ian! Two titans are approaching the front gate! A ten meter and a six meter class!"
"There's one more coming up from behind! We've got a twelve meter class heading this way!" You look at Thomas, your face even less amused than usual. "Thomas...Keep your comments to yourself next time, if there is a next time!" One of the Garrison soldiers, Mitabi you believe his name is, walks up to Ian. "Ian! We're pulling out! Having the kid block the gate is the last thing we need to worry about right now!" The white haired soldier, Rico, joins him. "Yeah...We've got to leave him here..." Mikasa immediately whips her head around and death glares the soldier. Ian, being the only Garrison slodier aware of her abilities, is clearly trying to think of a way to calm her down and stay on her good side.
