After Minjoon's breakup

Namjoon's p.o.v.

I watch as Jimin pulls Taehyung up, not making eye contact with me, after he yelled the words "We're over!"

I tried to react quick, hoping to stop him.

"Jimin wait!" I yelled after him.

I was about to reach my hand out to grab his wrist, but he quickly grabbed Taehyung's wrist and pulled him out of the apartment instead.

I watched as they walked away from us, getting further and further away from us.

Tears began gathering in my eyes, and I put my hands on my face, sighing into them.

"Namjoon-ah, cheer up." Yoongi said, getting up and walking to the kitchen.

I looked up at him, frowning.

"My boyfriend just broke up with me, and that's what you say?"

Even if I know Yoongi didn't know how to cheer people up, I wished that he would at least think about what he said.

"I understand that, but there's no use crying about it. You should've ran after him, instead of watching him walk away."

After processing those words, I realized he was right.

That's exactly what I should've done.

Sighing in defeat, I nodded with my head low.

"Seriously, it's not worth it crying over it. You should try to catch up to him, it's better than being sad and doing nothing about it." The older male said, patting him on the shoulder.

My eyes lit up, and I stood up. I quickly ran out of the apartment, and out of the building. I looked around, my eyes quickly searching around for his car.

When I couldn't get my eyes on them, my shoulders sunk.

Some seconds later, Yoongi walked outside as well, with a cup of tea. "I'm guessing they already left."

"Yeah..."

"What now?" He asked, sipping on his tea.

"I'm gonna go inside..." I said, walking inside of our apartment. Behind me, I heard footsteps.

When I looked over my shoulder, I saw Yoongi following me inside and locking the front door.

Without looking at him for any longer, I walked into my bedroom, getting comfortable on my bed.

With a sigh, I laid down, looking up at the ceiling.

As I did, I thought about Jimin, and how I regret just standing there watching him walk away.

If only he gave us a chance to explain...
