Too late

When Taehyung and Jimin arrived at their apartment, they were happily chatting. They talked about the dinner they had, and Jimin told Taehyung about some funny memories he had made with them.

They entered the apartment, and Jimin locked it after them.

Once the brunette stepped into the living room and looked in the kitchen, he stopped in his tracks. His eyes couldn't belive what they were seeing.

The feeling of terror came back to him, yet again.

His eyes widened as he took in the scene before him, not uttering a single word in shock.

Jimin walked in after him, keys dropping from his hands as he looked at the same thing Taehyung was looking at.

There was lots of blood on the floor, and Yira was in the middle of it all, barely breathing.

Taehyung quickly crouched down next to her, his eyes tearing up.

"Y-Yira! What happened?!" He asked grabbing her hands that were desperately holding on to her wound, and put his own top of them, trying to put as much pressure as he can on her wound.

"T-Tae..." She coughed out, opening her eyes slowly as she saw him, smiling slightly.

"What happened?!" Taehyung so desperately wanted to know what happened, and who hurt her.

"S-Somebody- A young man broke into the house, and attacked me... I-I tried fighting him, but he was too strong..."

The brunette looked down, understanding what happened.

Meanwhile he saw Jimin get his phone out of his pocket and dial the numbers of who he assumed to be an ambulance.

Taehyung looked at her wound, noticing very quickly that it was a stab wound.

"A-and then he stabbed you..." Taehyung mumbled out, looking into her eyes as tears gathered up in his eyes.

Yira didn't say anything, she just nodded.

"They'll be here soon." Jimin informed them, and looked at Yira. "You're gonna be okay, Yira! You're strong!"

"N-No, I can't do it..." She mumbled, eyes tearing up as she struggled to keep them open.

"Babe, please.. You know I-I can't do this without you!" The brunette pleaded, tears running down his cheeks.

With a weak hand she reached up and caressed his cheek, smiling sadly.

"You can, you have Jimin to take care of you." She said, looking over at Jimin and giving him a heartwarming smile.

The said male teared up as well, wrapping his arm around Taehyung as he looked at Yira sadly.

"Please, they're going to save you!" Taehyung said, wishing so badly for her to

Just as her eyes were beginning to close, they could hear the sound of sirens in the distance, getting closer and closer.

"Taehyung..." Yira said with a weak voice, making his attention snap back to her.

He quickly squeezed her hand, nodding as he looked at her.

"I love you, never forget that... No matter what happens..." She said, a tear running down her cheek as she smiled through the pain she was feeling. "I'll always love you."

"D-Don't say that, you'll be okay!" All Jimin could do was to backhug him as he watched his bestfriend hold on to his girlfriend for dear life.

"I'm sorry..." Was the last thing both of the males heard, before they saw Yira's eyes closing and her chest going completely still.

After that, it went silent. Until Taehyung broke into tears and sobbed loudly, hugging his head girlfriend. Telling her to not leave him, even though he knew she wasn't coming back.

Jimin didn't know what to do, he felt incredibly sad as well. What he knew, was that Taehyung was suffering more than him.

So he hugged the younger male to comfort him through this hard time he was going through.

Thr blonde male shushed him, telling him that he's there for him..Though Taehyung didn't stop crying, understandably.

The ambulance knocked on the door, notifying that they're here.

Even though there was no use....

They were too late.
