First time meeting him

Taehyung had decided to go to a park nearby, thinking it was the best place to clear his mind.

The park had lots of pretty flowers and ponds, and the brunette loved being there, even though he rarely went there.

Since it was early in the morning, around 8 am to be precise, there was barely any people there.

The only people there was those who were walking their dogs, or going on their morning jogs.

As Taehyung was walking, there was someone jogging in his direction. His mind wasn't quick enough to process it,  and he bumped into the person.

"I'm sorry!" He quickly apologized, bowing Taehyung as an apology.
When he looked up, Taehyung smiled at him shaking his head.

"It's fine!" The brunette said, finding the other male to be really cute looking in his opinion. "What's your name?"

"My name is Jungkook!" The other male, who looked younger than him, smiled shyly.

Taehyung widened his eyes. "Oh, you're Jimin's friend!"

His statement made the other male widen his eyes as well. "Oh, are you Taehyung?"

He nodded, smiling at his cute expression. "It's a coincidence that we met each other!"

"Yeah, I've been so curious to know what you're like! Jimin talks so fondly of you, everytime he talks about you."

"Really?" Taehyung asked, a little surprised that Jimin would speak about him to them.

Jungkook nodded, smiling.

"Do you wanna sit down and talk somewhere?" Taehyung asked, deciding that he wanted to get to know Jungkook. After all, he had gotten to know his friends, so he may as well get to know him.

"Sure, I know a place!" He smiled, and Taehyung smiled automatically.

"Lead the way!" Jungkook nodded, beginning to walk as Taehyung tagged along.

The two males arrived at a simple, slightly cute cafe. They walked inside, ordering what they wanted from the menu and took a seat on the opposite side of each other.

"This is a pretty cute cafe, do you come here often?" Taehyung said, looking around.

"I usually come here in the mornings to grab some breakfast, before going to work." Jungkook said, taking a bite of the cup quake that he had ordered.

"Ohh, I see." Taehyung said, taking a big bite of his chocolate cake. "What do you like to do in your free time?" He asked with his mouth stuffed full.

"What did you say? I can't hear you when you have your mouth stuffed with that chocolate cake." Jungkook chuckled at the brunette, shaking his head.

Once the brunette had swallowed his cake, he chuckled and said. "I asked what you do in your free time."

"I usually play games! Sometimes I even sing, it's something I like to do!"

Taehyung gasped, grinning. "I like to play video games too! And sing!"

"Really? That's so cool! We should play games together!" Jungkook grinned at the older male, finding himself to like him a lot.

The rest of the time the two males were in the cafe, they got to know each other more and became really good friends, surprisingly.

Taehyung smiled as he thought about the things they talked about, arriving at his and Jimin's apartment.

Before unlocking the door, he saw a paper on the doormat.

With his anxiety creeping up, he shakily grabbed it, frowning.

Did I miss it when I left the apartment?

Without thinking any more, Taehyung cautiously turned it around. His eyes widened as they skimmed over the letters on the paper.

"Are you sad about what happened to your dear girlfriend?" The dear girlfriend was written in red ink, and the writing looked similar to Yoongi's.

So Yoongi was the one behind what happened to her... The brunette thought, getting shivers by the thought of it being Yoongi.

His past feelings were returning yet again and he shook his head, wanting to get rid of them.

As he read the paper over and over again, there was one thing that didn't make sense to him.

If Yoongi knew this was where Taehyung lived, why haven't they bumped into each other yet?
