Dinner for four

"Jin-hyung, we're hereee!" Hoseok yelled happily, as the two males entered the house after him, both chuckling.

A male with broad shoulders appeared at the end of the hallway with a friendly smile on his face.

"Is this the guy you sometimes tell me about?" Jimin questioned, smiling at the male who stood in front of them.

"Yeah! Jungkook was also supposed to be here, but you know about him and his training." Hoseok said, pouting slightly afterwards.

"Jungkook?" Taehyung questioned, frowning at the two males.

"Jungkook is another guy that who we work with." Jimin said, and the brunette nodded in response.

"Anyways, let's begin eating, I'm starving!" Jimin started, looking over at Jin.

"While we eat, you guys can introduce yourselves to each other!" Hoseok cheerfully said, making the broad shouldered male huff.

"You're not even gonna tell them my name? Fine, I'll do it myself!" He said, looking over at Taehyung and Jimin. "My name is Jin, but you guys can call me worldwide handsome!" The male said, winking.

Jimin chuckled before speaking up. "My name is Jimin, I work with Hoseok. This-" Jimin said, looking at Taehyung, flashing him a sweet smile. "Is my bestfriend."

"My name is Taehyung, it's nice to meet you." The brunette said, smiling.

"It's nice meeting you guys too,  Welcome to our home!" Jin said, stepping aside for the three males to enter.

Taehyung and Jimin took a look around, meanwhile Hoseok headed to the kitchen.

"Mmm, pizza!" They all heard him say, and Jin sighed.

"Hoseok-ah, take a seat. I'll serve you the pizza when you're all seated." Jin said, and the two youngest males in the room took the hint to take a seat.

They sat down next to each other, and Hoseok took a seat on the opposite side. "Sorry, hyung! You know I love your food!"

"I know, I can't blame you. I'm the best cook in the world!" Jin said as he grabbed the tray with the pizza on top, putting it down on the table.

"It looks really delicious!" Jimin said as he eyed the pizza with hungry eyed.

The broad shouldered man chuckled in response, sitting down next to Hoseok. "Like I said, I'm the greatest cook in the world. You can eat, by the way."

Just as soon as he said that, all three males dug into their food.

Jin chuckled as he began eating, swallowing his food and then looking at the two males on the other side.

"We should use this as an opportunity to get to know each other. Is this your hometown, or did you move here maybe?" He asked, and the two youngest shared a look.

"We moved from Seoul." Jin gasped at that, frowning.

"You moved from Seoul?! Why?"

Taehyung lowered his head, fiddling with his fingers and wanting to leave the dinner already.

"We, uh.." Jimin said, looking at his friend in concern. "We wanted a fresh start, so we moved here."

"Why Islan of all places?" Hoseok questioned, tilting his head.

"My girlfriend is born here, and told us that we could get jobs here. Plus it's a beautiful city."

"Oh, I agree! When did you move here?" The broad shouldered male questioned, and Jimin hummed, thinking.

"2 years?" He questioned, looking at the brunette who nodded. "2 years."

"I thought it was longer than that, to be honest." Hoseok chuckled. "Do you guys like it here?" The youngest males nodded in agreement, and the four males proceeded to talk about their jobs and telling more about themselves as they ate.

The four males had a great time at the dinner, and helped Jin clean up the dishes.

Taehyung looked at the clock, realizing that it was really late.

Even though he had Jimin, he didn't feel comfortable walking in the dark. So he lightly poked at his arm, Jimin turning around to look at him with a frown.

"Hyung, it's late... We should go home soon.."

"Oh, yeah! It's getting late, we should get going. It was nice meeting you, and getting to know to know you, Jin!" Jimin politely said, smiling

"It was nice meeting you too, be safe on your way home!" Jin said, and Hosoek waved to them.

They nodded in unison, smiling and waving back.

With that, they left, heading closer to the unexpected surprise awaiting them at their home.
