Deep Deep Trouble (Part 4)

Last time.....

Steve- "I want you to sit here and wait until I finish talking to Mr. Davis about this matter along with the reason I came down here. You are not to get up from this seat. Do you understand me"?

Lissy- (no response)

Steve- "I expect an answer from you"

Lissy- "Yes Sir"

Now.....

Lissy- I was sitting in the seating tapping my foot against the floor knowing that when my Dad would come out from his meeting I would be in deep deep trouble. I hope he doesn't find out that I was the one who had cigarettes and the lighter. As time went on, I was getting more worried and nervous. I was thinking about slipping out the front doors and leave the school hoping that I would go unnoticed.

-Meanwhile in Mr. Davis office-

Mr. Davis- "Steve I was about to pull up the video footage where Mike told me where he found your daughter and a group of other students smoking" I said then turning my computer to face him so he can see it.

Steve- I sat there watching the footage and my anger grew. I was very mad and disappointed in my daughter. Over the countless conversations I had with her about smoking, she decided to do it. "I'm terribly sorry about this. I can assure you that I will be having a conversation with her regarding this" I said after watching the video.

Mr. Davis- "There is another thing you should know about this situation Steve. Your daughter was the one had the cigarettes and the lighter. It came from her backpack"

Steve- My fist clenched up and I began to think on how she was able to get the items. I don't own any cigarettes but I do own a lighter. Not for smoking but to light fires in the fireplace. "Again I'm sorry for what she did"

Mr. Davis- "We don't tolerate smoking and I'm sorry but I have to suspend Allyssa until next week, Steve"

Steve- "I understand" I said thinking that she would be missing four days of school and that I would have to bring her to work with me. Oh well.

Mr. Davis- "And when she does come back next week she will have lunch detention as well" I replied

Steve- "Understood. Again I'm sorry"

Mr. Davis- "I'm sorry that this happened to"

Steve- "Before I leave you called me for a meeting. May I ask what that meeting was about"?

Mr. Davis- I cleared my throat before I began to speak

What is the meeting about???
