13 Reasons Why Damian Wayne Is Dead

3rd Person P.O.V
~The day before Damian dies~~
"Hey Dami we are going away for about a month.." Harley said to Damian as she cooked him and joker some brownies. "Oh.. can I know when your going?" Damian asked sad that his new family was going away. "Tonight sunny boy. Brighten up we will being you some souvenirs!" Joker said entering the room. "So soon.. will I be able to contact you while your gone?" Damian asked still sitting at the kitchen bench with his head down. "Umm.. no. Where we are going you can't contact us." Joker said somewhat sad while sitting next to damian. "Oh.. can you take me with you?" Damian asked tears starting to form in his eyes. "You know we can't.. plus you've got school.." Harley said taking a break from her cooking and walking over to damian. "But I don't wanna go to school" Damian said like a little kid that's getting bullied at school and doesn't want to go, because he knows he would get beat up. "You have to Dami, once you turn 16 you can stay with us full time and not have to go to school, but until then please go to school.. for us."Harley said with a sweet smile that only joker, Damian and a few villains got to see. "Alright.. just don't leave me here too long!" Damian said before hugging joker and Harley.

After Harley finished her brownies she gave some to damian to eat on his way home, and a few while he's at home or for in his lunch at school. She was truly the mother Damian never had but always wanted. While joker on the other hand gave damian a few knifes to keep him entertained with a few other gadgets. Joker even gave damian a few combat lessons for fighting certain people mainly Batman, he showed Damian all his weak points that he had gathered up over the years, he was truly the father Damian always wanted! But could never have until now!

Even after all the time that damian spent with joker and Harley there was a certain question that remains in damian mind. 'Will they leave me like the others did? Will they find a different kid that's better in every way to spend time with? Will they stop talking to me like the others? Will I become that kid that you once loved to spend time with and loved dearly only to ditch them and take all your anger out on them? While using them as an emotional punching bag? Will that be me?!?' Damian would always think to himself.

His mind would play tricks on his and make him think they were going to leave him. Every time joker and Harley told Damian they were going on a mission out of Gotham and couldn't bring him, a little voice in his mind would tell him 'They are leaving you! They don't need you anymore! Your dead weight to them! What do you think the mission is for? To catch a bad guy?? Get real! The mission is to get as far away from you as possible!' Damian's mind truly was a dark place for him to live.. it's amazing how Damian is still alive! Most would have punched there ticket a long time ago! But Damian was strong! He couldn't break so easily!

But everyone hits a breaking point. Some sooner than others..

~later that night before Harley and joker leave.~~
"You texted damian yet?" Joker asked knowing damian likes to know when they are leaving and as soon as they get back. "Just about to do it!" Harley says while getting her phone out to text damian. 'Hey Dami Just leavening now will see you in a month! Oh and before I forget you can text me whenever you like while I'm gone but I won't see it till we're back! Love you lost!' After Harley sent that message she was planning on waiting for a reply but joker and Harley were already running late so they had to vanish into the yellow portal..

~About 5 weeks after Damian's funeral~~

"As Harley and joker stepped out of the yellow portal a wave of guilt spread across jokers and Harley's bodies. "I feel bad for Dami we were longer than we said we would be!"Harley said getting her phone out to see any messages. "Yeah me too! We will have to do something good for him! Maybe a part tonight? What do you think?" Joker said completely oblivious to what Harley was doing. "Harley?" Joker said as he didn't get a reply from her. "Hold the phone!" Harley shouted as he quickly showed joker the text that Damian had sent. 'I'm so sorry guys. You guys don't deserve a friend like me! I consider you guys family so I know this will be hard on you but just know it's for the best! Harley's mind erasing trick isn't working as well as it used too. I'm remembering things again and they won't go away! I love you guys.. bye I'll see you guys on the other side..' as joker read it his eyes widened. "Ok harl let's not get ahead of ourselves! Maybe he just saying that because he's going on a mission! Or something.." Joker said while Harley typed away on her phone only to moments later show him an article saying 'Damian Wayne, youngest son of Bruce Wayne was found dead last night! Some think it was a freak accident and some think it was intensional! Could have this young boy committed suicide? Or is this all a big misunderstanding?'

The room fell silent for a moment. "Imma kill that bitch!" Joker yelled while walking off to get geared up. "I'm coming!" Harley yelled while following joker..

==========LINE BREAK==========

After joker had rounded up all the villains that were friends with Damian or knew of him at least, he quickly briefed them down with the mission was about. The light ended up helping with jokers and Harley's plan to kill the batfam or at least hurt them really badly.

~On the battlefield~~
"How dear you kill him!" Harley yelled while going in for the kill on Batman. "Kill who?!?" Batman yelled back just as Harley was going to kill Batman. Just before Harley could kill Batman superman flew in and pulled Harley out of the way just in time.. sadly.. I MEAN THANKFULLY!!! Yeah thankfully.. *sighs* maybe next time.. WAITTT WHAAA WHO SAID THAT??? *sweats nervously* ha ha ha.. different not me!.. different.. ha ha..

"Thought you might need help with all these villains." Superman said while slowly flying down to the ground. "Thanks.." Batman said out of breath. "You think we are the villains?!?" Poison ivy yelled while running at super man. "Yeah you should think again!" Harley yelled running behind poison ivy. Just as ivy went to hit superman he punched ivy backwards causing ivy to fly back into Harley.

Narrators     P.O.V
The fighting between the two sides continued to go on for months! It was a never ending battle! The teams were evenly matched! There was no losing team or winning team. And for once the hero's weren't winning..

Gotham became a war ground for the two teams. Thankfully no civilians got hurt to the point of no return.

Harley and joker took it upon themselves to spray paint messages all over Gotham saying. "This would have never happened if you didn't kill him!" And "you say no guns and no killing yet you killed your own son!" And a few other messages. And the publics reaction to the messages on the walls weren't very good. The public started to side with the villains. And the hero's became the villains while the villains became the hero's in the public eyes. After all the public could only see that the villains went to war because one of the 'hero's' tortured, beat up, abused and killed an innocent civilian all for the fun of it.

The war looked like it would never end..
Maybe it wouldn't..
Maybe it would one day..
No one could possibly know..
