Eventually the pain became to much, I close my eyes and embrace. I could feel my soul seeping from my body to reunite with the Earth and water. Swirling through my mind to say it's last goodbye then spreading through my fingers to connect to the water and the rest seeping through my body that was touching the moss filled ground beneath me.

The flowing white dress covering my body lightly brushed off my shoulders and when I could walk it would spread out beneath my feet and as it resembled ocean waves on a slightly windy day it would rush over the forest floor.

I could feel it slowly connect to the ground, then my strawberry tinted brown hair that resembles the setting Sun's rays grasp onto it as if knowing that the Earth and water is the place my body has always belonged too. I opened my eyes one last time to see the sun light pouring through the tree tops from over head. Small purple flowers gently blew through the forest as the wind whistled.

They say your life flashes before your eyes when you die. It's not true. You just feel at ease, even through the now unbearable pain.

With my last once of life I sent a ripple through the glistening water. I watched as the Lily pads bobbed up and down and a toad jumped close to me as if knowing something was wrong. I gave it a small reassuring smile before facing the overhanging trees again. With a content sigh I closed my eyes and let nature become my new body as I drifted into the unending sleep.
