Chapter 2

I, out of all people, am paired with Josh Reynolds. For those of you who don't know, Josh is my worst nightmare. We were best friends in grade school, and then he lost weight,gained some muscles and abs, and joined the popular crowd. Now, he's just a huge douche. You're probably thinking: "Gee, he sounds awful." and he is, but there is a part of me that likes him because I know about his good side. I know how he used to be.

"Hey baby" Josh says as I approach my seat... Next to him.

"God. Shut up. You have a girlfriend. Stop trying to hit on other girls." I say agitated

"This is just be being friendly darling." He says with a smirk

"Well stop being friendly and actually be useful ok? I don't wanna fail this project even if it means putting up with you."

" Oh. Look who's being feisty today. I like it. You're hot when you're angry."
He says with his stupid smirk still on his face

"Stop! You have a girlfriend(a awful one I might add), and I would never be into a player like you."
I say pissed off

" Ya. We'll see."
He says

"Ahhh. This is so awful! I can't qstand him" I say complaining

"Ya I know hon, but it's only for a semester. You'll get through it. I promise." Julia says trying to cheer me up

"Yup, and you can come and rant on him whenever you want cause we will be all ears. We are here for u Mysti. Don't worry." Says Kaeli

"I love you guys. Honestly I probably couldn't survive without you." I say

I am so lucky to have my friends with me, or this would be one awful year.

We head over to our lunch table and sit down. Hayden, Jack, Bianca, Aidan and Angel are there already.

I sit down then all of a sudden I feel something freezing cold running down my back. I turn around and who do I see? No other then Stacey Hill.
