Jack is a fun one as it would envolve making him a weapons master, but aside from his signature scalpel, his arsenal would consist of the body parts stolen from his victims. Such as a heart with a handgrenade stuffed into it or wielding a severed leg as a bat, beating opponents with it before it snaps from over use and is tossed away just to be replaced with another limb. Even capable of spewing hot tar from his eyesockets and regaining health by the consumption of his opponents kidney, though that'd be only a one use move during the match really.
His Finisher would be him using his scalpel to extract his opponents eyes or, in Slender's case, carve some sockets where they are meant to be.
His reason to stalk Slenderman would be to eliminate the competition. Many of his Proxies were patients of his so in a sense, Slendy has stolen from Jack and Jack is just coming back to take what's rightfully his.
