Because of the medicine Nagito takes, he's not allowed to drink alcohol. Even when he was allowed to, Nagito is EXTREMELY light weight and was very wary of alcohol. So, he considers this a stroke of good luck. He likes mocktails better anyways so it gives him an excuse to buy for them more often.
