Chihiro doesn't cross dress as much anymore. He's learned to feel comfortable in his body, and with his manly-hood. He now knows that he doesn't need buldging muscles to be a man, he can be a man no matter how he wants to express himself! Fuji works out now too! But not to prove himself, no. He does it because he wants to get better and stronger! I mean, he still cross dresses. In fact, he kinda likes it now! Most likely because he doesn't feel forced to pretend to be a girl. He just wears what makes him happy! But, like I said, he doesn't really cross dress anymore. And he's fine with that.
