OH GOD! SOMEONE HELP!!

Ollie bolted up from his sleeping bag. He had learnt a while ago to never zip up his bag, people could be cruel, and he needed to be ready for anything. His eyes would often be mocked, wicked selfies with harsh tags. Luckily a kind man had watched this abuse and given him a pair of sunglasses to hide his, unique feature. It also came with the added benefit of making him seem blind, so people were slightly kinder. Only slightly.

Ollie would have said life had become less complicated, until he saw who was shouting for help. It was her. The only person he had been brave enough to show mercy to. And here she was, daring to ask for help again. How dare she. HOW DARE SHE!

Ollie was trembling at this point. Desperate to hold in his rage. He wished he could wear his mask again but, unfortunately, Oni was infamous at this point and he was fairly sure the people around him would take the cruelty so much further. He needed to think happy thoughts. Something that would calm him. And then he was falling. Falling through his mind as everything fell away. Ever since he was young, letting his mind tumble and forgetting his hard times.

After a couple of minutes, he was fine. The old woman, on the other hand, was still panicking. Ollie had hoped that someone else would help but he quickly found the reason why nobody had helped her, also, why she was panicking. Her long orange dog had found its way onto the frozen fountain and it did not look stable.

(To Be Continued. I needed to reach the 2000 word count before the 29th and it's very close, so thanks for reading so far. Think of this as a demo for a paid story, but this will never become paid and it isn't a great demo because half a chapter is missing)
