Part 8 : Spending the Day

Later that day 

Due to fortunate circumstances, Marco missed the entire day of school, his two friends Ferguson and Alfonzo are in the classroom wondering where their friend is as their teacher gives them their announcement 

"Everybody this upcoming test will determine if you are ready to graduate or not",The physics teacher said. "So I expect all of you to study and be prepared next week"

Suddenly the school bell rings ...

School had ended everybody is getting ready or have already left, Alfonzo and Ferguson are walking down the hallway, wondering why Marco had not shown up at school.

"Maybe he's  sick or something", Ferguson suggested. "Maybe we should go check up on him just in case", Alfonzo suggested. As the exit  the school, all of a sudden they see Marco standing in front of them with a smile on his face 

Hey, Guys! Marco greeted.  ohh.... Marco, we were just talking about you, Ferguson replied. Yea ,man, where have you been. Ferguson asked. we were just about to head towards your place and check up on you.

Ohh I'm  sorry to worry you  guys, I wasn't at school today because......

 "Hey dude you're smiling", Ferguson interrupted . "Well yea what's wrong with that?", Marco asked in confusion

"Well I mean it's been a while since you"......  the both of them pause as they start to notice a familiar face is walking up from behind Marco. A blonde girl with two heart on her cheeks. In shock, the two boy easily recognized her. Even the few school students who were outside recognized her .Some mumbling to themselves or to one another . Some of them are starting to remember her. One student goes, "that girl... she has hearts on her cheeks", another student goes, "she looks soo familiar", 

followed by a "wait... is that Star butterfly the girl with magic abilities?"And followed by a "Oh My goodness it is her! look at her shes soo hot!!".

After she reaches to Marco, Ferg and Alfonzo are shocked. "Oh My god, Star!?",Ferguson shouted. Hey guys, Star said

"It's been soo long,"Alfonzo shouted. "look at you your....your so pretty". "Well.... thanks", Star said as her face slowly turned red.

"So do you wanna know what you wanna do tonight star? " Marco asked. "Well.... I am kind of hungry", and it's been a while since I at at Brittas tacos".

"Do you guys wanna join",Marco asked. "Nah me and Ferg gonna go ahead and head to the movies", Alfonzo declined. "Well actually I am kind of"..... suddenly Alfonzo cuts Ferguson off

"Nah it's cool. We will catch you guys later"

"Oh....well ok then see you guys later", Marco said

"It was nice to see you again Star, I hope to see you again soon",Alfonzo said.

"You two guys, catch y'all later",she said back.

After star and Marco walk off, Ferguson demanded Alfonzo why he decided not to go with them

"Come on dude I'm kind of hungry", Ferguson begged. "I know dude, but I think we should give Marco some space, you know?" Ferguson was confused he asked him "what do you mean?"

"Well have you ever noticed that Marcos been feeling a little...depressed?" Alfonzo asked.
