George woke up still cuddling Alex and he could've stayed there forever if it wasn't for the constant low vibrating coming from his tracksuit bottoms pocket. He took his phone out and realised that even tho he had set an alarm he'd left his phone on silent and it was now 11:34.
"Shit I knew I shoulda put my phone on the dresser"

"Mmm George go back to sleep"

"Alex were already late for class"

"Yeah and let's just go back to sleep fuck the class"

".....we've got exams."

Alex woke up wide eyed and shoved George off the bed rushing to get some clean-ish clothes on but when he looked over at George he noticed he was just sitting there smiling.

"What are you doing George we've gotta go"

"Yeah look who's in a rush now"

"George shut up and let's go"

George shrugged his shoulders and started walking out the door getting dressed as he did so.

"There just exams Alex it's not that big a deal"

Alex POV
Alex rushed out the door and tried to chase after George but when he turned the corner to the lift he was gone, he figured George had taken the stairs for some reason and decided he would too. He opened the door and listened for footsteps.....nothing, Alex was a little confused but was too worried about being late for exams to pay too much attention to it. He ran down the stairs, across the campus, through some more halls before finally making it to the lesson only 5 minutes late.

"Fuck sakes" Alex whispered to himself, the test was harder than he thought and it didn't help that he George on his mind constantly, where'd he go? Why didn't he wait? Is something wrong? What the fuck is 10 to the power of 9 divided by 5 as a ratio? And why is it in a phycology test?

Another 15 minutes pass by and Alex is on the last question when suddenly a loud ringing signals the end of the test. 'Fuck' he thought, all that thinking about George has meant he didn't finish the test so he couldn't get top marks. And where the fuck was George cuz he wasn't in the class at all which means he missed the test. Once Alex got out the class he decided to call George.

"George where are you"

"Ohhh yeah I'm in city centre"

"Why? We had a test"

"No YOU had a test I didn't care about it so I just made sure to wake u up"

"Oh..."

"Yeah how'd it go?"

"Uhhh alright I suppose I missed the last question tho cuz I was busy thinking about you"

"As always then"

"Oh shut up georgeeeee"

"Haha okay listen I gotta go cuz I'm going into a quiet fancy restaurant with will"

"Will? Why?"

"Said he still owes me for the clothes he threw alcohol on"

"Oh okay when will you be back roughly?"

"Uhhhh I'd say about 2"

"Okay then uhhh bye"

"Bye"

Great now all Alex had to do was figure out what to do till George got back......Netflix it is.

George POV

"Bye"

George skipped the test that he knew he was gonna fail and now he was lying to Alex about where he was. Where was he exactly? Somewhere in the city centre with will viewing an apartment for rent. The idea was he was gonna surprise Alex when he got back and hope that the shock of it would keep Alex from shouting at him for lying about where he was.
