"Aleeeeeex can you go get me some McDonald's please?" George has been playing that he was still in a lot of pain even though 6 weeks had past. He had something special planned for Alex since he'd done so much work making sure that George was fed, watered, and clothed, staying up extremely late when George couldn't sleep because of the pain. Alex hadn't brought up the conversation but George could tell he wanted to and George also wanted to have that conversation but first he had to thank Alex in the only way he knew how.
"George I'll just order in it's fine" Alex shouted from the bathroom
"No Alex you can't stay in here looking after me all the time" George whined
"Yes I can George and I will"
"Ugh Alex please I'm not in as much pain today just go get some fresh air and McDonald's for meeee" George was pleading he really needed Alex gone so he could set everything up.
"Okay fine but only because you asked nicely" Alex said walking into the main room before walking towards George and kissing him
"But I do expect something in return once your all better George" he whispered before pulling away to leave.
"Anything you want" George called as Alex left. As soon as George was sure Alex was in the lift he got out of bed and got to work.

Time skip
11:36 pm
George was stood in hallway next to the lift waiting for Alex to come up. Ping. Just as Alex walked out George grabbed him an pulled him back in.
"What the fuck who's-" Alex tried before before he was spun around.
"George?" Alex hugged him like he hadn't seen him in a long time even though it had only been about half an hour.
"What are you doing out of bed aren't you in pain?" Alex's was excited it had been ages since George left the dorm and to suddenly be pulling him into a lift gave Alex a new thrill he felt he was finally getting George back.
"Shhhhh don't worry about me we should be worrying about finding my attacker and giving him......a surprise" George laughed causing Alex to bear a toothy grin.

They were walking down the street just talking about nothing when George seen him.
"So anyway I was-"
"OI ROADMAN" George started which confused Alex a little until he seen who he was shouting at. Going completely against the plan Alex just ran up to the guy and started ruthlessly punching him and throwing him to floor not stopping the punches to his face.
"Don't you ever hurt my George again" Alex spat.
"Alright man I'm sorry I'm sorry I won't go near him again I thought he was dead man I'm sorry" the guy cried
"Nah it's too late for you mate" Alex smiles before motioning George over.
"Trust me when I say I'm not gonna miss your kidney" George laughed before pushing his knife into the mans side slowly causing as much pain as possible while Alex held him down. It took only minutes until the man was dead from blood loss. They stood there and looked at what they had done slightly proud of their accomplishment.
"Can we go back to dorm now please" Alex asked blood on his knuckles
"No not yet we've got one more person to see" George mumbled grabbing Alex's hand and pulling him away from the body. Alex leaned against George as they walked down the street.
"Where are we going now" he asks in child like voice and giggling.
"You'll see"

Time skip

George turned a corner and began walking up the drive of Wills house where there was clearly a party going on, one that George had made sure Will set up.
"No George I can't go in their what if the guy who knocked me out is there" Alex whined while pulling against George's grip but George was having non of if and so dragged Alex into the house and but let go of his hand when he slammed the door closed. George looked around and seen Will who motioned him to come over, James had also seen this and made his way over to Will as well.
"You alright mate you don't look to shaby for man who's bin stabbed" Will looked at George and embraced him in a man hug.
"Yeah I'm fi-" George started before he embraced into a hug by James.
"Hi George I haven't seen you since the hospital" James was drunk obviously.
"I'm fine but Alex on the other hand is here for a bit of revenge, aren't you Alex?" George looked at Alex and patted him on the shoulder.
"No I'm not George"
"Awww go on Alex kick his head in" Will cheered a little
"Yeah go on Alex" James encouraged
"Fine but only if George ruffs him up a bit first" Alex have in.
"Done" George slammed a shot and walked off towards the other guy Alex following behind but not too closely.
"This gonna get exciting" James said craning his neck to get a better view as if he needed to being the tallest bloke there.
"You dam right it is" Will said while also craning his neck to get a better view. Then George bumped into the other male.
"Watch were your going mate" George giggled pretending to be drunk.
"Do you what happened to the last bloke who said that mate, let's ask him shall we" the other guy spat and as he turned his head George swung and punched him right in the nose and continued doing so another 12 times causing blood to go everywhere and the room to be full of cheers. Then as the man called for a stop but George put him in a headlock and motioned for Alex to come over.
"I'm I'm so-sorry man I di-didn't mean it man I swear" the other guy was bleeding badly but it only spurred Alex on.
"Enjoy the hospital dickhead" was all Alex said before head butting the guy knocking him out instantly. The crowd cheered as the man dropped to the floor unconscious while George and Alex left the party.
"Nooow can we go back to the dorm?" Alex pleaded.
"Yeah all this fighting has made me tired" George said bluntly but smirking a little as Alex's face dropped.
