Ron's Pov

Wake up

Wake up!

Wake up!!

WAKE UP!

"AH!" I screamed. Jolting awake. I frantically looked around but saw only white. I opened the bed curtains and was immediately embraced with a mouth full of brown, curly hair. "Oh Ron! You're awake!" Hermione cried into my shoulder. "Yeah, I am." I said, not sure whether to be happy or confused. "Well you were out for a bloody while!"Harry chuckled, joining in on the hug. Both of them pulled back, grinning down at me. But then both their exoressions changed to one's of fear and confusion." What? Is there something on my face?" I asked, reaching up a hand and rubbing my face vigorously.
"Mr Weasley! You're awake and-oooh." Madam Pomfrey said, eyeing me the same way Harry and Hermione were. I could see the bags under her eyes and she looked like she hasn't gotten much sleep. "Can someone please tell me what's going on?" I asked, a bit agitated. "Well, Mr Weasley. Do you remember what happened on the train?" She asked. "The train?" I repeated and started racking my memory until it hit me and my eyes widened. My hand jolted up to my neck and I felt two, tiny scars. I looked down and stared. The contrast of the scars to my skin was really odd. Then I looked at my skin.
"GAAAH!" I shouted and I started looking at my hands and arms. "Why am I so pale?!" I inquired, still staring at my limbs. Oh Merlin, I look like a glass of milk. "Mr Weasley, your a-" Madam Pomfrey started, rubbing her neck. "A what?" I snapped.

"A vampire."

"Excuse me, I thought I heard you say vampire." I chuckled.

"That is what I said."

All the remaining color drowned from my face and I looked up at her menacingly. " Prove it!" She sighed a long sigh before walking over to the curtains that were covering the window in front of my bed and pulled them open. I hissed loudly at the feeling of the sun, jumped out of my bed and before I could blink I was on the floor, on the other side of the room. When I realized where I was I jumped up and stared at the sunlight protruding from the window. That, is when I noticed that I wasn't the only one who had been situated in the hospital wing. Rays of sun were dancing on Zabini's face and he looked so peaceful. "Ron?" Hermione said loudly, snapping me out of whatever I was doing. "You should probably sit down." She whispered. I shook my head. "I'm not sitting down until I get a damn mirror!" I spat, using my head to toss my hair out of my face. Madam Pomfrey nodded and
transfigured a tall mirror in front of me.

I have no words.....

My hair, instead of its normal orange,  was fiery red with orange and crimson highlights, and it was longer, so that instead of being styled down like always it was styled in a perfect quiff. My skin was pale but now that I wasn't in the sun it looked a bit more tan which made me smile. The two dark fang marks on the right side of my neck were still there. But what struck me the most was the fact that my eyes, instead of the normal teal blue, were blood red. Blood....
I rubbed my throat, feeling very hungry, like REALLY hungry. "Did you guys bring food?" I asked, turning to the three of them. Harry grabbed a plate of sandwiches that had been lying on the bed side table and handed it too me. I grinned at the food and took a bite, immediately choking when it entered my mouth. "It tastes like.....nothing?" I mumbled, wiping my lips. "Mr Weasley, I'm afraid you'll have to eat something else." Madam Pomfrey whispered. "Like what? Chicken, soup, curry, toast?" I croaked, the hunger growing by the second. "No, Mr Weasley." She whispered. Harry and Hermione gasped, seeming to figure out what I hadn't. "Then what?" I asked her, my eyebrows furrowing.
"Blood."She said gravely." I'm sorry. What?" I sneered." You're a vampire Mr Weasley, you're dead. Normal food won't help you." She sneered back bluntly, glaring at me a little. Not knowing what to say I looked at the floor and nodded. She gave a sound of approval and gave me a book. "Read it, come to me if you have questions and don't...." She gulped. "Don't eat anyone."
I coughed at that but took the book and nodded anyway. Just to be sure, I stuck my hand out a bit towards the sunlight a bit and hissed again. It really hurts. "Harry, Mione-" I started but Hermione held her hand out. "We still love you." She smiled. Harry nodded and I grinned back at the two.
I rubbed my head, I was starting to feel really dizzy. "Ron, you look sick. You need to eat." Harry said concerningly. I couldn't speak so I just nodded. My head nonchalantly turned to the side and I gazed up. My eyes landed on Zabini. The smell of chicken, sugar cookies and shoe polish washed over me like a waterfall and I hadn't noticed that I was slowly sauntering towards him, unblinking, licking my lips. "Ron, DON'T!" Harry screamed but I didn't stop. It felt as if I couldn't hear anything.

Drink

"Stupify!" I heard Hermione's muffled voice shout and I couldn't move. That's when I noticed I was standing at the foot of Zabini's bed. "Ron, can I see that book whilst you and Harry go to the forbidden forest for something to eat?" She asked, trembling slightly.
"Um,ok." I said. She took the book from my paralyzed hands and muttured another spell. I fell to the floor and before I could do anything Harry had already dragged me out of the room.

Third Person

Hermione sat on the bed Ron had occupied and quickly paged through the book. "Where is it!" She shout-whispered. Agitated at the fact that she couldn't find the chapter she was looking for.
When she found it she grinned and paged through it until she froze on a sentence.

"This isn't good."
