BEEP ! BEEP !
I woke up in the nurses office with this alien machine attached to me. It wouldnt stop beeping and it was pretty close to driving me insane. I could feel someone holding my hand with a tight grip. Daniel, i suddenly thought. Thats just so sweet of him !!
But wait .. Why does it sound like he's crying ?! What happened ? Then this stabbing pain was piercing the left side of my brain. Shit, now i remember. That fucking bitch hit me with a damn lunch tray, but I blacked out after the first swing.
I tried to lift myself up but he squeezed my hand tighter and then lifted up his head.
BEEP !!!!! BEEEEP !!!!
"KAT ! CALM DOWN !"
Breathe in. Breathe out. .. I could feel the color drain from my face.
I snatched back my hand, and spoke a bit uneasy.
"Luke, what are you doing here ? Where's Daniel ?"
"Your little boyfriend is probably getting it on with Amber as we speak." he said through his clenched teeth.
"He doesnt care about about you Kat. "
Oh well that kinda hurts ..
"Then why are you here ?"
He didnt speak. Then after a couple seconds he said ,
"I saw what happened and while everyone was ganging up on Amber, I brought you here. "
"Oh. Well, did Daniel ever come visit ?"
"NO ! HE DIDNT GIVE A FUCKING SHIT THAT ..."
"He didnt visit. After Amber hit you, she ran off. He ran after her. No ones seen them for 3 days."
"3 days ?! "
"Well, yea. Everyone thought you were dead."
"What ?!"
No wonder he was crying ..
"I gave you some of my blood. "
With some last words, i could feel the room spinning and my eyes rolling to the back of my head.
"NO ! Kitty ! No !! "
He just called me Kitty. No ones ever calld me Kity except.. Ugh i cant remember cause it was so long ago and the headache hurts more when I try to remember something.
He reached for my hand , and some kind of spark shocked my fingers.
"Ow ! "
"You cant pass out Kitt... I mean Kat. "
"You called me Kitty. "
"N-No i didnt."
"Yea you did when i was blacking out and again now. "
"I just think it sounds like a cute nickname, that all."
"No. When I was little I cant remember from the concusion that bitch freaking gave me..."
"That wasnt part of the deal .." he suddenly stopped what he was saying.
"What deal ?"
"No nothing. "
"Tell me Luke !"
BEEP !!! BEEPP !!!!
"Kat, listen to me. Go to sleep."
"Soon enough you'll know."
"Wait.. What ? "
He leaned down ad I caught a glimpse of his eyes . Golden and gorgeous.
He kissed my cheek and then with his fingers lightly touched my cheek. I saw a little tear escape the side of his eye and when i blinked he was gone.
