Charlie and Jordan were cast away for not being sane,
their actions didn't make sense - people just didn't understand.
How could you come together when you knew all you'd make is a noose?
Charlie and Jordan weren't afraid of the things most people were,
telling secrets to someone who could,
and would,
and probably should,
turn away from you.
Why give your heart to someone who takes pleasure in shattering it?
Why scoop up the shards and give them again
and again
and again?
Jordan and Charlie were drawn to an emotional suicide
and that threw them out of the public's bubbles of understanding.
Erratic maps were cast upon a wall,
drawn on them theories as to why they would do this to themselves.
A desire to hurt?
An adrenaline rush?
Some believed these most probable,
but Charlie and Jordan just figured why live the lie,
why draw up a promise that they'd never tell a soul what they told each other,
that they were like cages for each other to lock away their most precious things.
It just didn't make any sense to bypass the meaning of promise
just for peace of mind.
