Fell

Jordan was an idiot.

It was too long passed, opportunities far gone, things so far broken.

All Jordan did was start things, never finished them. That was Charlie's job. But how could Charlie finish something that didn't involve the two of them? Even if Jordan wished it did.

Jordan is an idiot.

It all started so early, so early and Jordan was so young and didn't understand the clues because Jordan was too ignorant to look at them.

Charlie is good.

Charlie is good, and that's the problem. Jordan has corruption under way, and now Jordan has a desire to change the tracks. Charlie shouldn't be corrupted, Charlie should have stayed innocent for way longer, because that's what Charlie deserves.

Jordan was so young when it started, and too stupid to end it in time. So Jordan didn't. Jordan let Charlie become part of the scheme of sabotage and was trying to convince Charlie to love it. And Charlie shouldn't love it, God, Charlie should hate it. Hate it as much as Jordan does.

Using serrated knives to cut open innocence and called it "honesty", broke bonds of trust because "trust was just part of the imagination", and then put it on a display till it was almost beautiful. Jordan tried to convince everyone that it would soon be a work of art, just change the light on it - but that wasn't true. It isn't beautiful, it is a disaster, a waste -  a waste of trust, a waste of time, a waste of Charlie.

Now, staring at a gray sky, snow falling on rosy cheeks that only made the feeling of a burn, Jordan was the waste. Fell too soon to understand what falling was, and now Jordan is a bundle of loose threads left behind.

Maybe that's what I deserve.
