Romance ( Hwang Hyunjin X Reader)

Part 16 - Party

It's saturday. Aria decided to throw a party for my promotion with my work collegues. Thats why we had to rent a place, couse our place is too small for that much people.

"Y/N, go get ready. I'll finish the decorations."

I had a special outfit, that Aria specialy prepared for me. Later Aria did my make up and I was ready.

Party

"Y/N, congratulations. I knew you were  meant to be an actress."

"Thank you."

Everyone was having a good time. Aria made sure that I don't have to worry about anything and I could spend my evening partying rather than worrying.

"Y/N!"

"HYUNJIN! You came."

"I couldn't miss this party."

"Well I'm happy you're here."

"I had to congratulate you. You're one of us now."

I smiled at him and he smiled at me.

Then we got interupted. There was a loud cheering coming our way. Aria brought a cake. It was huge and nicely decorated.

Later

The party was going great. Now most of the people were dancing on the dance floor while I was chatting with Hyunjin.

"Will you dance with me?"

"Sure."

We went on the dance floor first song was energetic, the next one was a slow dance. Hyunjin holded me closer to him and we were slowly moving to the song.

"About the other day."

"The little peck?"

"Yeah. I'm sorry if I made you uncomfortable."

"You didn't. Actually I'm sad it was just a peck."

I looked at him and he looked at me. Suddenly he leaned closer and we kissed.

"Now I'm alright."

I leaned closer and laid my head on his chest.

Evening

Everyone was leaving while me and Aria cleaned up.

"Y/N, theres something I have to tell you."

"I'm listening Aria."

"Not only you have been promoted or..."

"What is it?"

"I had an offer to be a model."

"That's amazing. You've always wanted that."

"I know,but theres a problem. I have to move to Miami."

"Well I don't know how I'll survive and pay for the apartment, but that can't be the reason for you to say no to youre dream."

"Really?"

"Go!"

I hugged her, in the mean time thinking about the problems the near future will bring me. I won't be able to pay for the apartment alone, but I can't let that ruin my best friends dream. I have to survive.
