Finally I took Draco to Paris for our last 4 days. He wasn't too keen as he constantly said it was so cliche and the city of love and all that crap but I was convinced and practically knew I could change his mind. I did it with just about anything, if I really tried I could get him to do just about anything.

As we arrived in my Parisian apartment Draco wasn't too keen, I knew on the inside he was admiring the artwork that was drawn onto the ceilings of the apartment but he wouldn't dare admit that I was right... at least not so early into our voyage. I showed him around and told him that this city never slept and neither would we, "Draco Paris is an ongoing party, we will have to radiate that and be ongoing parties to. The fact we're only here for 4 days is crazy so you and me will see as much as we can because I love Paris. We changed into some nicer clothing more to the style of our location and headed out. Draco was in a white button up and denim shorts and his converse which he had seriously worn out this summer, I was wearing a cute white dress with matching converse to him.

To start our first day I decided that we would get the famous stuff over with, my plan was the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower and then lunch in the gardens and finally a stroll as the sun set along the bridges and looking at the artwork, then we would go to the fair that was currently set up just to the right of the tower and see the lights at 11pm.
Draco wasn't keen on walking around all day but he gave in pretty quickly as I practically begged him with my eyes. As we headed out I grabbed a bag quickly putting in the keys and some money. I grabbed Dracos hand and basically dragged him along with me as we headed over to the Louvre, I made sure my dad called them to get us in quickly as there were huge cues everyday. When we entered the pyramid Draco was in awe and I knew it was going to be easy to get him to fall in love with the art of this city. I told the guard our names and he let us in where we looked around at all the art and made fun of the weird poses some made. We eventually got fed up of the paintings and sculptures and left going over to the Eiffel Tower which was just a 10 minute walk away. We payed for the entrance and made our way to the top where we sat down for lunch. The view was seriously breathtaking and all of Paris looked like the paintings you see in books and art galleries. After taking some fun pictures with the Polaroid we had bought to record memories of our Europe getaway we headed down to the gardens where we bought some ice cream and talked about our favourite moments of the summer. "You know I really liked Greece, like it was stunning. Probably my favourite in general, everything is so crisp white and the water is the perfect shade of blue to contrast it and wow it was beautiful really." I looked at Draco as he carried on talking about about his favourite places. "Muggles ain't so bad now are we?" He laughed and ate the rest of his ice cream. I had miscalculated how long we would take and we still had some time so we just walked around the shops for a bit eventually ending up on the bridges looking at the street art work, I bought a little key ring for Draco and the sun had eventually set. Draco got hungry however so I suggested going to the restaurant that was a boat. He seemed very excited at the mention of a boat turned into a restaurant and we quickly hurried off. We got seated on a table for two and ordered some food. "You know this summer has made me think about a lot of things." He simply said making me anxious and curious as to what he would say. "I mean our friendship is clearly superior and we can win anything, but also about the future I mean where will we go next year? And why more can we do? I mean you and me can travel the world . Sure my parents aren't keen but I've fallen in love with travelling and spending that time with you is the best thing ever." I smiled and agreed with Draco. I truly couldn't think of anyone better to spend my summer with. After eating me and Draco stayed sat on the side of the river where Parisians would come after work with friends and chat about their days as they ate bread and cheese and drank wine, just small talking when I noticed it was almost 11. I grabbed Draco and pulled him up as we ran through the cool yet warm summer air of Paris. We ran up the stairs and crossed the road as we headed to the best view of the Eiffel Tower. There was one bridge that was right next to it and I sat down with my legs dangling on the side and Draco quickly took a seat next to me patiently waiting for the lights to turn on. He put his arm around me and kissed my head just as the lights turned on. We stayed there for a long time before making our way back to the apartment. The rest of my schedule was filled for the next days and I knew Draco would love this city more than Greece by the time I finished showing him the wonders of Paris.
