As Eddy opened the door and allowed his assistant to walk in ahead of him, Brett couldn't help but feel terrified. As cheeky and lazy as he was, the kid always had a plan up his sleeve.

Eddy shut the door, then looked out the windows at the sunny sky. "Ugh, it's getting hot in here," he made an excuse as he closed the curtains.

Brett just stood awkwardly in silence.

"Go ahead, wait on the couch while I get us some tea and start the soup," Eddy invited -- although it was more of a demand.

Reluctantly Brett sat, hearing Eddy shuffle behind him into the kitchen. He stared at the walls, which were mostly bare except for a couple of generic pictures. Bored by this activity, he then scrolled through his phone -- mostly just looking at news and texts for work.

"So, I must ask now that we are alone," the hot breath on his ear nearly made Brett jump out of his skin. "Why do you hate me Brett?" He walked around to hand Brett the tea with an evil grin. "I can't be that bad."

"Does it really matter?" Brett snorted, setting the tea on the little table in front of him without taking a sip.

"As your boss, yes it does."

Brett inwardly winced at the word "boss," but he managed to make it not show. Hopefully. "Maybe because you don't do any of the work? Then you're all that, waltzing around like you're hot stuff and you rule the world or something."
Eddy smiled after taking a sip of his own tea. "Honestly, I didn't think I was hot stuff or ruled the world. But with you thinking so much about it, sounds like you believe it."

Brett stuttered frustratedly. "No no I meant-"
Eddy put his hand on Brett's shoulder and set his cup down. "We can talk about this later, alright sweetie?"
"DON'T TALK TO ME LIKE THAT!" Brett snapped, jumping up in a rage. Before he could reach the door though, Eddy wrapped his arms around him and pulled him back.

"You know, I could get you in trouble for assault and harassment," Brett muttered, trying to wriggle free.

"And how am I assaulting you?" Eddy asked.

"You know what happened yesterday," Brett growled, attempting unsuccessfully to pull away.

"You entered the room of your own accord," Eddy squeezed his hands tighter around him. "And you entered this one of your own accord as well." With that he flipped him around and pressed him into the wall.

"Only because you made me," Brett managed to gasp as his brain turned to mush.

Eddy squeezed around his hips, barely tapping the front of his jeans. Forgetting about his hatred of the man, Brett thrust into Eddy's hand as he whimpered.

Then he stopped. "Do you want to leave now?"

"No, please don't leave," Brett managed to whimper as he started sliding down the wall.

Eddy supported him by leaning against him, weakening him further by grinding against his crotch. Brett trembled and felt his knees give in again, unable to think or do anything. Gasping for air, he leaned on his boss's shoulder, moaning as Eddy ran his hand up his thigh. He felt his leg twitch as he collapsed completely and fell into Eddy's arms. Bright red from the arousal and humiliation, he felt Eddy lift him up and carry him up the stairs.

"Wha-what are you doing?" he whimpered.

Eddy did not respond, simply opening the door to his bedroom. Brett jumped out his arms and ran back down the stairs, terrified. Immediately Eddy ran after him. Brett could hear his heart pounding in his chest as he ran through the livingroom.

Then the pattering behind him stopped. Confused, Brett turned his head back, still running. Eddy just stood there, looking at him sorrowfully. Then he began to sob lightly, turning his head as his face reddened.

"Are-are you okay?" Brett naively asked as he stood in the same spot, not daring come closer to Eddy.

Eddy looked down at the floor, refusing to make eye contact. "I'm sorry... for treating you like this. I didn't realize that you would be that upset, I thought you'd enjoy it too after a bit." His voice cracked and he stayed silent for a moment. Then he sighed. "I have kind of a crush on you, and for some reason I thought it was you who felt that way," Eddy stuttered.

"No, um... it's fine," Brett managed to reply. "Just... please don't do that again." Hesitantly he walked a little closer to Eddy. "And I'm sorry for treating you the way I did at first, it wasn't right to just assume things about you."

"You were right with your assumptions though," Eddy hiccupped.

Seeing that Eddy was not trying to trick him, he came closer to put a hand on his shoulder. "But you can change, Eddy."
"But I know absolutely nothing about this stuff, my father just kinda threw me into it. I've always been the kid who goofs off, I dunno what to do."
"I can help you if you'd like," Brett offered. "I was essentially the Vice President when your father worked there, so I have an idea of what to do."
Eddy nodded. "I'd really appreciate that."

A few months later, Brett's tutelage proved incredibly helpful. Eddy was a hard-working, dedicated leader now, always able to remain calm and make the right decision even when things got stressful.

As Brett turned on his computer and drank a cup of the bubble tea Eddy had offered him earlier, his boss came up to him. "Hey Brett, could I talk with you in my office quick?"
Brett nodded. "Of course."
Eddy sat down at his desk, smiling. Except there was nothing impish or evil about it this time. "I just wanted to say, thank you so much for helping me with the company. You really helped me become a more mature person and do something worthwhile with my life. And, to thank you, I was wondering," he handed Brett a contract. "Would you sign to co-lead the company with me? You've been so hardworking from the start, and I think you should be rewarded for that."

Brett felt a tear spring in his eyes. "Of course, Eddy -- I'd be happy to." Nervously he cleared his throat. "I was thinking, um... about what happened at your house." At this Eddy's joyous expression turned to that of embarrassment and shame.

Brett blushed himself. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean it like that, I just... your first assumption that I had a crush on you was right... I'm sorry for not telling you sooner I-.... If it's alright with you, could we try again? I understand if you don't want to, I-"
"Dude," Eddy laughed. "I'm the one who should be trying to reconcile." Then he drew Brett into a deep kiss. Brett put his hands on Eddy's face as Eddy wrapped his arms around his waist, both deepening the kiss. Then Eddy drew away, his eyes watering. "I love you so much Brett. Thank you for forgiving me."
