*** From the first time Auriga Malfoy had performed legilimency, her parents took her talent and helped strengthen it. As she progressed, she was used as a pawn in obtaining information for her father's associates.Which caused the young witch to use the hidden talent as a crutch for figuring out those that were outside of her familiar circle.
However, it took one glance for Fred Weasley to figure out that something was different about her.
The invasion of his mind was easy to detect as a wave of old memories flashed before his eyes. Auriga kicked herself for digging too deep but it opened a doorway. Into a world of people that didn't use her for their own benefit but instead loved and appreciated Auriga Malfoy.
