The sky was blue. The clouds were greyish white and not obstructing the mighty sun. Sarada was enjoying the view while she patiently awaited her siblings. She was lying on her created cloud. It was soft, comfortable and big enough for the three of them. For the moment Sarada enjoyed it on her own. She sighed as wind blew in her face and hair. It was nice to just relax and gaze at the carefree clouds above. If only she could go about her life like the clouds. Carefree. Not a worry in the world. Just drifting idely by and looking down on the poor souls that had to worry about their survival.
Alas she could not.
She had worries. She had goals. She had dreams. Because of that she needed to work hard. Always be prepared for the unexpected. Always be there when she is needed. Always take care of the little things. The crucial things. That was her mission and she would see it through to the end. It was a lot to think about. It's what she thought about on the daily basis. She couldn't be idle. Not in this world. If you're too weak you die. If you're not strong willed you'll cower. If you're not forceful you will be trampled. It's a dog eat dog world. And only the strongest survive. That is why she made sure her family was strong. Strong enough to defend themselves. Her family means the world to her. She would not let them get hurt. She made a promise to her father and she intends to keep it.
"We got it! " Kakarot came barreling out of the tiny house. He held the four star ball in his hand and had a huge grin on his face. "Grandpa Gohan said we could keep it"
Bulma cane walking out of the house with the old man in toe. She was smiling broadly as well. She had gained some information from the kind old man. Useful info that will help on their adventure.
"Gohan here says he knows someone with another dragon ball" She stated as she approached Sarada.
"Good day young Sarada" Gohan greeted as kindly as ever. The old man had often been visited by the children. Gine sometimes came along with them. She was still grateful for his kindness. He took her and Kakarot in without question and took care of them. She would always be grateful. Kakarot enjoyed coming because Gohan would always tell him interesting stories about his youth. His master. His friends. It was so much fun to listen too. He also taught him some martial arts.
"Hello Grandpa Gohan" Sarada waved.
"Look! I got the powerpole. Isn't it cool? " Kakarot struck a pose with the weapon. He did a couple of movements, testing his mobility with his weapon. "Power pole extend"
Sarada ducked when the wooden pole came flying towards her.
"Kakarot, watch where you point that thing " Sarada pushed it aside with a calm stare. "I'm glad you have a cool weapon and all but if you hit me with it I will beat you with it."
Kakarot returned the pole to it's original size and strapped it to his back. Sarada was serious and he would rather she not beat the hell out of him. He'd be in pain for days.
"Anyways" Bulma turned to Sarada. "Gohan here says his master has one of the balls"
"Master Roshi? " Kakarot visibly perked up. "I always wanted to meet him. Grandpa Gohan said he has this awesome Ki attack. The Kamehameha wave"
"It looks like your wish is close to coming through" Sarada folded her legs beneath her as she checked the radar. The nearest was still very far away considering they had to cross the ocean. She was sure the radar would not be able to detect the ball had she not increased its range.
"When you find him be sure to tell him I said hello. It has been so long since I last saw Master Roshi and Ox. I wonder how he's doing" Gohan said. At the end he had a far off look on his face.
