Arthur walks back and forth, anxious if everything will go as planned. Ava is sitting on a seat, watching him pace.

"She is going to say yes," she tells him. "It is all going to be fine."

He nods his head. Only Gwen can get him this nervous. He told Agravaine his plan last night and the adviser was against the idea, so maybe that has an effect on his mind. But he has to hope it will work out for him in the long run. He is terrified she may say no to him. Just he refuses to budge on the idea of marrying her.

He wants a queen who will support him and also have the kingdom in interest. He doesn't want one that would just sit by and agree to every word he says. Gwen challenges him to be the best version of himself. And, of course, he is in love with her. He just need to keep that in mind when he propose tonight. He looks outside to see the sun is setting currently.

"Okay," he mutter. "I should get going."

"I think you're forgetting something," Ava muses. Arthur turns to see Ava holding up the ring.

"Right. Thanks."

He grabs it before hurrying to make sure everything is ready for tonight. That dinner is made and the table is prepped. He has to ensure everything goes well.

Ava walks back to her chambers once Arthur is off. The poor boy is a complete mess. She just know what Gwen will say to him. The moment she opens the door, she is pulled in. Her husband wraps his arms around her waist, pulling her into a kiss. That phrase just makes her smile. 'Her husband'.

"You're in a good mood," she states, wrapping her arms around him.

"Am I not allowed to just enjoy the time with my wife, who is carrying my child?"

She shushes him, closing the door with her foot.

"We need to make sure no one knows," she reminds him. The princess walks behind the changing screen to put on a nightgown.

"Right. But you realize we need to tell others soon before they figure it out on their own."

His eyes focus on her as she walks around the screen, confusing her for a moment. He  quickly lifts her up, causing her to laugh and hold tightly onto him. He tosses her on the bed and lay next to her. The two start kissing for a few minutes. A knock on the door stops them.

Merlin goes to see Gaius there. The older physician hands him a vial before leaving. Probably to help Ava sleep tonight. Merlin comes back to bed, setting the bottle on the nightstand. During this time, her mind started going through what was going on earlier.

"Imagine Gwen as queen of Camelot," she smiles.

"That would be nice," Merlin responds. "Those two have loved each other for a good while now. And she actually keeps him on track."

"Well at least one of the two of you can stay focused," she jokes. He laughs and pulls her on top of him. The two sit up with her still on his lap. Her arms wrap around his neck and he wraps his arms around her waist.

"I can stay focused when it comes to pleasing you," he smirks, leaning in for a kiss. She snickers, pushing against his chest.

"Good try."

"Worth a shot."

She laughs, grabbing his shirt. Ava falls back and pulls him down with her. He presses his lips against her's. There is a knock on her door and the two stop kissing. They can not just have a second. Merlin grudgingly gets off the bed and opens the wooden door. The princess sits up to see Gwen is standing there with a big grin. She notices Ava sitting on the bed.

"Did I interrupt something?" she asks, her smiles dying down.

"No," the redhead quickly responds. The only male says he needs to go talk to Arthur, leaving the women alone. The smile grows again and Gwen jumps onto the bed, showing the ring on her finger. Ava pulls her friend into a hug as they celebrate. They separate, both with huge grins.

"So I actually get a good sister-in-law," the princess states. "And a queen I can actually respect."

"I didn't even think about me being queen really. Just that I would be with Arthur."

"Well when is the wedding going to be?"

"Within a week. I don't still get how you and Merlin waited so long between him proposing and you two getting married."

"We had so much happen in between," she states. "Also my mother said to me when I was younger if you truly love someone, you are willing to wait as long as needed."

"Well are you going to fight tomorrow in the tournament?"

"No. I feel a bit off."

Gwen smirks at that.

"Are you sure that is the reason?" she asks.

"What do you mean?"

Is it possible Gwen knows?

"Oh don't lie to me. I can notice the signs of pregnancy."

"Have you mentioned this to Arthur?"

"No. I figured you were waiting to tell him for a reason."

"Thank you. I appreciate that."

"Of course."

Merlin pokes his head in, seeing if the two are still talking. The soon to be queen takes this as a sign to leave. She says goodnight before heading to the door. Just before Gwen leaves, she makes a slight comment on Merlin being a father. This causes him to look concerned as she leaves.

"Does she know?" he asks, closes the door.

"She figured it out."

His face shows a bit of concern at the idea of another person knowing and the chance Arthur may find out. They plan on letting him know soon, just have to time it right so he doesn't figure out when they actually slept together. Ava gets off the bed, grabbing her husband's hands, pulling him towards the bed. He smirks, sitting on the bed. He pulls her close and her hands place themselves on his face. She leans down and passionately kisses him. They finally pull away for air.

"I love you," she tells him.

"I love you too."
