Immortality
Is the forever that many hope for.
Death
Is the end that many dread.
But heed these words,
This unfortunate truth—
You can't have immortality
Without the latter.
Live forever
And you'll see more Death.
The longer you live,
The more things you'll see end.
Immortality is not without Death.
Baby, don't let me live forever.
Don't let me endure more grief.
Let me enjoy life as is.
Don't let me live forever, please.
