Alleviate

It was late in the Tuesday night.  After Monday's ordeal, Claudia was loathe to head to work, but Lois eventually convinced her.  The redhead practically collapsed onto her and Lorraine's bed when she entered the room.

"Dia dear, should I run a bath for you?" Lorraine sat at the edge of Claudia's bedside.

"Y'know, sometimes you sound like my mum." Claudia managed to mumble.

"Is that good or bad?"

Claudia turned to face the other woman, "I'm not sure, but I'd much prefer my Anne."

The shorter woman laughed.

"I'll get the bath salts ready. Would you want me with you?"

"I always want you with me Lorraine." The redhead sat up as the other woman got up and headed to the bathroom.

Lorraine flicked on the bathroom lights and started the water in the tub.

"I meant while you're in the bath." Claudia was gathering clothes for after her soak.

"It still applies, y'know."

"You're a real dork sometimes." Lorraine sighed in a playful manner, "Fine, I guess I'm obligated to join you then."

Claudia hummed an 'Mhm' and said, "Want me to grab you some clothes?"

"Just my robe will do for now, I plan on sleeping after this." Lorraine swirled in the citrus scented bath salts, sitting at the tub's lip.

"I think I might finish up some work in my study after this." Claudia set their clothes on the bathroom counter, closing the door behind her.

"Why not stay with me?" The shorter woman frowned as she turned off the tap.

"As much as I'd love to have a wonderful rest tonight, I have more than a few meetings tomorrow and I have to finalize my paperwork." Claudia began to strip.

"You're right, but not even just a little spare time with me?" Lorraine followed after Claudia, also stripping nude.

"Sadly no, but the sooner I finish, the more time we'll have afterwards." The redhead stepped in and pulled her knees up her chest to leave room for Lorraine.

It was a little over the regular size of a bath tub, a minimal two person bath.  It was a large oblong-rectangle in shape and fairly tall for a bathtub.

"And I'm not sure if it's just me, but you've gotten needier with me ever since Clyde was brought back into the picture." Lorraine soon slipped in and got comfortable so Claudia could do the same.

The woman let out a low sound as she settled, "I think it's just you, Dia."

Lorraine's legs were over Claudia's,  her knees just breaking the surface.  Claudia had slouched back a little, resting against the slanted edge.

"Are you sure Lori?" Claudia gave Lorraine a look.

The other woman returned it, "Yes, I'm sure Claudia."

"Uh-huh, okay." Claudia squinted her eyes at the other woman.

"Oh hush." The redhead was splashed with water.

"Rude. I'd do that back to you but I'd rather not get the floor wet." Claudia reached her hands up to take her hair out of it's bun.

"Want me to wash your hair for you?"

"Yeah, why not? What do you want me to do though?" Claudia asked.

"Just turn your back to me and I'll do the rest." Claudia did as Lorraine said, carefully shifting so her back was to the shorter woman.
