Ch. 15

Cuphead POV

Oswald cleared his throat looking at me and I felt uneasy from the look in his eyes.

"I was thinking," He said grabbing my arm. "that my car shop I own, the one you were working for to buy a while ago, just give me as much as you can as a down payment, and pay it off eventually every month. The place can be yours." He told me as my eyes widened in shock. I worked hard in order to buy that workshop, since I am good with cars. It was my dream, and for me to be given it just like this, I don't really like this feeling. It doesn't feel right.

"Man are, are you sure about this?" I ask him as he sighs thinking about it before slowly nodding.

"Yeah. You have worked for it, so you earned it." He tells me as I sigh grabbing his shoulder and he shakes his head patting mine then leaves to a backroom. I rub my temple angry at the way things are in this world.

"You think he'll be okay?" I ask looking up at BT Cup. He smiles faintly looking in the direction Oswald walked off in nodding slowly.

"He'll be fine." He told me making me somewhat have faith in that answer considering how long all of us have been living in this type of environment.

Thankfully my mind was taken off of all of that once I got my girls again. I was able to convince Bendy to come with me and the girls again, this time to an aquarium. We walked in a tunnel surrounded by water as my girls pointed out all kinds of fish to each other. I chuckled watching them as I felt something against my hand and I looked over and saw Bendy shyly grabbing my hand as I smiled taking it. I pulled him into my arms and he looked up at me blushing. The two of us stared at each other for a while and slowly leaned in for a kiss till a cat that I think was one of his friends from the other day came up and tapped his shoulder, taking his attention away from me. He asked to talk to him, so I walked over to my girls as they distanced themselves. I was a bit worried cause the cat boy looked mad.

Bendy POV

I was shocked to see Felix show up here. I was having a very nice time with Cuphead and his girls till he showed up pulling me away.

"What are you doing?" He asked me his eyes narrowed. I straightened my stance glaring back at him but keeping my cool.

"I'm here having a nice time." I tell him. He rolled his eyes and crossed his arms.

"What did I tell you Bendy? This isn't going to end well. It starts like this and then next thing you know you are missing money from your account." He told me and I scoffed.

"Felix just because you had that happen with you when you dated some scrub from the hood doesn't mean Cuphead is like that. Cuphead is a good person." I tell him feeling defensive and irritated. Felix's boyfriend came up hugging him from behind and told him something. He nodded then looked at me.

"Bendy I only want the best for you. I remember what happened with your last relationship. I'm just trying to keep that from happening again because you were destroyed with what that guy did to you." He told me and I felt a lump in my throat as I looked away crossing my arms to my chest. They left with their one child as I looked back at Cuphead seeing him with his girls. I softly sighed and walked back over to them.

Narrator POV

Cuphead and Bendy sat together in a large dark room in front of a big pane of glass separating them from the underwater sea animals. The girls were looking through the glass in awe of the large sea creatures. 

"So what's wrong?" Cuphead asked Bendy seeing that change in attitude and in his expression. Bendy sighed looking down at the floor. 

"Are you having second thoughts on us." He asked looking forward.

"Yeah I am. I have a hard time trusting people."

"So you're feeling something for me, but won't let yourself go there because you care more about what people think then your own happiness?" He asked looking at me as I looked back at him biting my lip. He sighed.

"Well I won't play this game Bendy. I have to focus on my girls then beat around a bush if you don't know how to feel." Cuphead remarked standing up as Bendy said his name to continue the conversation but Cuphead walked over to his girls engaging in a conversation with them about the different types of fish in the water the blue light from the containment shining on them.
