I woke up to a light shining in my face. I groaned trying to move away but strong arms held me close. "Stop moving", I heard my girlfriend Hailee mumble. "But the light", I whined. I felt her kissing the back of my neck. She loosened her grip and I finally was able to turn my body. I snuggled my face in the crook of her neck sighing when I smelled the familiar perfume. "What time is it", I asked quietly. I felt her reach for her phone. "10.35 am", she replied. "Can we stay like this for a little while", I questioned. "Sure thing, princess", she said. I smiled contently. Today was Hailee's free day in almost three weeks and I was happy to spend it with her. Just her and me 24 hours before the hectic famous life continued. I craved days like this. Hailee wasn't stressed out or tired, she didn't have to hurry somewhere and we had some time for us. After I finished my last paper for College I flew out to LA to spend my break with my girlfriend who I haven't seen since New Years Eve. That was a month ago and even though I saw her everyday I still missed just us being together without people constantly pulling her away for makeup or interviews or shootings. "I'm happy you're here", Hailee said while playing with my fingers. "Me, too. I missed you", I told her. "I missed you, too", she spoke. We laid there in comfortable silence and before I knew it I was out like a light. "Y/n, wake up", I heard and felt somebody's kissing my cheek. "It's snowing", I heard Hailee say and I shot up. Looking out the window I saw big snowflakes coming down. Hailee chuckled. "Knew that would wake you", she spoke. "It's so pretty. Can we go out", I asked her excited. "Sure. Let's get dressed then", she replied and I ran into the bathroom to get ready. "Hailee, hurry up", I yelled waiting at the door. "On my way. Calm down a little", she said chuckling at my eagerness to go out. She finally came looking cute as always. I grabbed her hand dragging her to the elevators. We stepped outside the busy streets of New York and I looked up feeling the snowflakes hit my face. I poked out my tongue trying to catch some snow. I jumped around. I heard Hailee giggle and looked towards her. She had her phone out recording the whole thing. I felt the heat creeping up my face and held my hands in front of it. „Aw no! Don't be embarrassed. It was cute", Hailee spoke pulling me closer to her. We walked to Central Park hand in hand. We saw kids running around and my eyes fell on the ice skating ring.

"Haizy", I said pointing to it. "I don't know. We are both clumsy. I don't want you to get hurt", she replied. I put on my best puppy dog eyes. She sighed and I knew I had won so I pulled her to the ring. She paid for our shoes and we changed. I carefully made my way on the ice. At first I was a little wobbly but after a good minute I felt like Elsa! "Y/nn", I heard Hailee yell. A second later she was on her butt. I giggled and skated towards her. "Not funny", she grumbled. I helped her up and held her hands. I skated backwards pulling her with me. "There you go", I told her. I let her hands go. "Y/n no", she spoke. She tried keeping her balance, her arms wiggling around. I made a step towards her and put my hands on her hips. She sighed in relief and I chuckled. "It's been some time since I last ice skated", she told me. "Sure", I replied amused by the fact that she was way too stubborn and prideful to say she wasn't good at it. We both skated around and I kept Hailee steady on both feet. After a while she told me to let go so I did. She skated a few meters pretty fast. "Hailee, stop", I yelled but it was to late. She went full speed in the barricade falling on her butt. I made my way towards her crouching down. "Oh my god! Are you alright, babe", I asked concerned. She suddenly started laughing and I was relieved that she was alright. I joined her but helped her up. "I think that is enough for today", I spoke and she nodded. We brought back the skating shoes and Hailee got us hot chocolate. We got cold and went back to the hotel. We showered and changed into comfortable clothes before snuggling up watching TV. We talked and ordered room service. It was nice spending time with Hailee and this day made me fall in love with her more. "This day was awesome", the brunette said. I nodded. "I love you", Hailee spoke and I lifted my head from her chest. "I love you,too", I said and kissed her on the cheek. She brought my face gently towards hers and placed her lips on mine. "You missed", she mumbled before connecting our lips again. We spend the last hours of the day with eating, laughing and stolen kisses.
