A Mixed Up Universe

Chapter 4: Trouble

"Anong iniisip mo?! Pagsisimula ng away sa pagkain ?! Bakit ?! Hindi ka ba normal ?! O Kahit mabait ?!" Ms. Adarna yelled. You could hear her yells all the way to the cafeteria. It's such a shame that no one could understand her, well except for Althea Mae who is, not surprisingly, half tarsier half-human. She was laughing so I guess whatever she was saying was bad or really funny. (A/N jk i can understand it.)

"Guys this is our fault. really. " Lilian sighed as she picked up a banana peel "I mean we helped this food fight."

" Yeah but its really Nathaniel's fault i mean hes a demon of course he was going to do something like this." Rachel said grumpily. She was already mad that she didn't have any noodles and to make it worse she didn't get to eat her chicken.

"But Nathaniel half angle right so why isn't he good?" Blake asked

"Don't forget about Ivy! Shes half dragon which means she could also be bad!" Lilian cried clearly trying to defend her best-friend, but no one heard her cries.

"Nathaniel is really evil." Rachel said. Lilian didn't like that. She got very pissed.

"Nathaniel isn't evil! They are actually really nice once you get to know them!" She cried, it was clear she cared deeply about her friend. Everyone in the cafeteria stopped talking but not because of what Lilian said but because the principal just waked in.

"Well...What happened here students?" he asked as he walked to the center of the room. No one dared to answer. They all heard that the principle was a scary man. And he was, although he was short his eyes and voice mad him seem very tall. "I heard you all had a food fight...Hm? So who did it?"

Everyone just stared at him, one wrong move and you could end up in detention, that why he was a principal because his ears could hear everything, even if it was a Kilometer  away. So if you speak you're a dead man, or girl. He slammed his hands on a table making everybody jump. 

"IF NO ONE IS GOING TO ANSWER ME I WILL-" 

"Um, Mr.Pix?" Mr pix spun around to find Ms. Adarna holding the arms of Ivy and Nathaniel, both of their heads were down. She laughed nervously "Here are your troublemakers."

He smiled creepily. "Nathaniel and Ivy Rodriguez... Can you tell us why you started this fight?" 

"I -ah- don't know sir," Ivy mumbled

"It started as a small fight...sir..." Nathaniel continued.

"And who started this fight?" he asked, he was leaning so close to the both of them that they could smell coffee from his breath.

"B-Both of us sir." Ivy said looking up into his eyes before looking down again. 

"Well!" Mr. Pix said abruptly after a few moments in silent. "Both of you will receive a punishment then. For two weeks, starting today after classes, you will help clean the library even on Saturday afternoon." They both groaned  "I will give you both forms to let Ms. Booker sign to prove you helped her. For the rest of you, you must cleaned this room for the rest of lunch, after that go to you're next classes. Nathaniel and Ivy will help. Good day!"

And he was gone, so was the teachers ,except for Ms. Adarna, they left while Mr. Pix was talking.

"You heard Mr. Pix" she said walking toward the doors. "GET TO WORK!" 

Then she slammed it so loud everyone jumped, even the people at the back at the room.

"Sorry guys..." Nathaniel sighed. "This is my fault..."

"DAMN RIGHT IT IS!" yelled someone, Nathaniel gave them a quick death glare before continuing what they were saying.

"I want to make to make it up to you guys." And then they snapped their fingers and in an instant the whole room was cleaned like never before and it would stay that way, well until the next lunch group arrived. Everyone gasped in astonishment. Lilian hugged them, and whispered something into their ear which made them turn red. 

"So does this mean lunch is over or do we still have lunch time?" Paige asked sending everyone into wondering what was going to happen next. The would have continued standing and wondering out loud when Ms. Adarna walked in again, at first she was shocked at how quickly the room got cleaned but she contained herself ,she obviously knew that there was magic involve but didn't say anything, and announce to everyone that the were aloud to stay in their dorms while waiting for the next class. She said the reason for this was because the still had an hour left of lunch but this was another punishment. So everyone left the room all in a chatter as the all waked to their dorms, but it got quiet as they went from floor to floor. Fortunately the friends dorms were rather close so they could easily walk from dorm to dorm. The said a quick good bye as the went in to their dorms. Lilian and Rachel were in room 15, Nathaniel and surprisingly were in room 3, Paige and another student were in room 6, while Blake was with Blue in the floor below them.  While their getting settled in lets talk about their dorm rooms.

Their dorm rooms were all the same, it was surprisingly big, when you enter you see a full view of the kitchen including with a small table in the center, the walls were a lovely sea blue color, if you walk down the small hallway you can see two door both rooms for the people staying there. Inside has a single bed, a desk, wardrobe, and a window that you can see the seasons change out of.  The walls were a very light blue, similar to the color in the kitchen. Those rooms were connected by a bathroom that had a sink and a toilet, if you wanted to shower you need to go down to the 'bathhouse" separated by gender of course(Nathaniel was allowed in both but it isn't normally allowed.). If you don't go to those rooms and you walk a little bit father down in the small hallway there is a small common room with a big TV and bookcases that included  books but you could always borrow from the library.  Boys and girls were strictly prohibited from going to one another dorms, if they had to study the could stay in the "lobby" or in the library. And students were not allowed to leave the school perimeter with out a signed note from a teacher or the Principal. 
Suddenly the bell rang and all students left the dorm and went to class, excited to see what was in store for them.
