"I'm boredddddd," Rachel said as she flopped on the couch of the "Lounge." It was raining very hard outside so there was no school for that day. Too many kids were getting sick so the teachers decided that the non-sick kids had to stay in the lounge until lights out.

"Well it's not our fault it rained" Blake said.

"Yeah but I'm still bored." Rachel murmured. "I wish there was like a movie theater here or a game room."

"Agreed." Nathaniel said they had spent the last hour playing pranks on students and it was starting to get boring.

"Then why don't y'all play a game?" Paige suggested

"Like what?" Rachel asked sitting up.

"I don't know...Hide and seek?"

Rachel flopped down again.

"Aren't we too old for that?" Lilian asked, looking up from her book.

Paige gasped in horror, "You are never too old for hide and seek. Let's play. Who's in?"

"I'm in." Violet wrote on her little whiteboard that she used for talking.

"Sure why not," Nathaniel said, getting up. "Violets gonna win cause she's so quiet."

Violet drew a smiley face.

"I'm way too bored to care, I'll join." Rachel said, yawning.

"I'll join in too."

Everyone looked at Lilian.

"I guess that means I'm joining." she said cheerfully.

They made rules like you can't go to the floors of the dorms you can only go to the cafeteria, the library, and of course the lounge. Bathrooms were off limits. No running off if you got caught. And no hiding in the rain.

"How are we going to choose who's it?" Rachel asked.

"I'll be it." Paige said. "I suggested it. But for the next round the first person I find will be it."

The group split up and hid in all kinds of places.

After Paige counted to 30 she began to look for them. She looked in the cafeteria, aside from the students getting a snack none of her friends were there. She quickly left and headed for the library. The library would be a good place to hide because it was like a labyrinth.

"I should have said we couldn't go in here." She cursed under her breath as she made her way through the maze. As she walked she noticed something in the corner.

"Rache, I found you!" She cried joyfully.

Rachel sighed. "You found me. Am I the first?"

"Yup. Come on, help me look for the others."

They walked through the maze. "Is anyone else here?"

"I don't know, I didn't see." Rachel said.

There behind a book was another student. Paige taped on their shoulder. "Excuse me." She asked, the student put down the book. It was Ivy, she was reading about dragons.

"Oh, Ivy. Have you seen any students pass?"

"No student passes school." Ivy hissed.

"No, I mean walk by you?"

"Oh...Yeah that Blake guy or was it Violet?" Ivy said.

"Thanks Ivy," Rachel said as they started to walk past her.

"No problem." She said as she went back to her book.

They walked even more. They found Violet, she was sitting in the corner reading a book. "Found you Violet. Lets go look for Blake, Nathaniel, and Lilian." Rachel said, grabbing her arm. They walked out of the library.

"They could be on the second floor," Violet wrote. "You didn't say we couldn't go there."

"Your right. They could be hiding near the teachers lounge! Lets go!" Rachel said before running to the stairs.

"You go this way I'll go this way." Paige said going to the right.

She walked through a quiet hallway. It was actually kind of peaceful. The rain pouring outside and the heater buzzing softly. She will admit she got lost in her though. Suddenly she heard something. She saw Nathaniel and Lilian running, they suddenly stopped when they saw her.

"Found you." Paige said, crossing her arms. Lilians started laughing and Nathaniel frowned.

"I knew we should have ran." Nathaniel said, smiling a little.

Suddenly Rachel, Violet, and Blake came running down the hallway. "Get back here!" Rachel cried out of breath. They stopped in front of them. "They- ran away from us." she panted. Lilian started to laugh again.

"Sorry. We got scared and ran." She said, smiling.

"We should head back." Violet wrote.

"Violets right," Blake said. They all walked down the stairs. Suddenly Sir Mark appeared.

"Students are not allowed up there without a teacher." He said crossing his arms.

They all said their sorry and headed down stairs. They sat on the couch and continued talking as the rain dripped outside. Slowly.

A/N hey guys. I might go on hiatus for a little while. Sorry that it's shorter than usually. I'm busy with school and stuff. Stay safe y'all.
