Y/N's POV:

I was surrounded by the thick, black smoke, fire, and the rubble that used to be the buildings. I stood face to face with the huge, towering, red demon dragon who had destroyed most of Atmos, I was covered in scratches, bruises and slight burns, not to mention that I was very exhausted

"I can't give up now, if I do, all of Atmos will be destroyed, not just all of Atmos, but it's people as well, I can't give up, not here, not now" I said to myself

I summoned up what little strength I had left in my body, and leaped at the dragon's head, it gave a loud roar as I came in closer "ARGH!!!" I shouted

I slashed my sword at the dragon with all of my might, cutting down in the middle of it's head and splitting it's skull in half. The split head fell to the ground along with the rest of the body, and I was victorious "I won..." I said barely being able to stand

I soon heard the loud sound of cheering coming from behind me, I turned around, and could see the citizens of Atmos cheering for me with applause, I waved at them and smiled "Thank you, thank you, people of Atmos, I'll be here everyday of week" I joked

"Y/N!, Y/N!, Y/N!, Y/N!, Y/N!" They continued to cheer, I was happy to hear them cheering for me, something that they've never done before, but a loud ringing sound over the cheering caught my attention, it sounded so familiar, it sounded like...my alarm clock

Real life

Y/N's POV:

I woke up in my bed and sat up, I was disappointed to discover that I was just dreaming "Just another dream..." I said in disappointment, I got up from my bed and went to the living room, I noticed my Grandmother cooking in the kitchen "Good morning" I said, she turned her attention to me and smiled at me

"Oh, good morning, Y/N, slept well?" She asked "Yeah, I'm suppose to meet up with the others at ten o'clock for a mission today" I said "Really?, it's already half pass nine though" She said

"Huh?!, seriously?!" I asked, I looked to the clock and noticed that it was true, it was 9:30 A.M "Did you set your alarm clock up ahead by one hour like I told you to?" Grandma asked "Oh no, I forgot, I'm gonna be late" I rushed back to my room and got dressed for the day, I put on a pair of comfortable brown pants, a dark blue shirt and comfortable shoes meant for running...since I knew that I was going to be doing a lot of that

I rushed for the front door "Bye, Grandma, I'll be back home soon" I said "Don't forget your lunch" She said, she handed me a ham sandwich in a plastic bag which I accepted "Thank you" I said, I hugged her and she hugged me even tighter

"Good luck out there, dear" She said, we stopped hugging and I opened the door and closed it behind me, my Grandmother's house was on the outskirts of the city, so I had to either walk or run a mile to get to the city, I ran in the direction of the city and arrived in the southern part of the city which was always like a ghost town before 10 A.M

I bolted for the part of Atmos on the Western side, the place where I was suppose to meet the team at 'I've got to hurry, if I'm even a minute late they'll leave without me just like last time...'

I turned the corner and just barely avoided bumping in to a man "Hey!" He yelled "Sorry!" I apologized, I noticed a lady holding a bag groceries in front of me and I nearly bumped her as well "Careful, Y/N!" She yelled "Sorry!, ma'am!" I apologized, I continued to run until, a female crossing guard stopped me by sticking her hand out in front of me

"Hold it..." She said in a very stern tone, there were numerous, speeding hover cars on the street in front of us, Yes Atmos has cars that can hover just above twelve inches off of the ground
