Microphone's P.O.V

I feel like I can't even tell Diamond.

Somehow Taco is on top of the roof and nobody has noticed her yet. I've been talking to her in private, because if people saw me talking to her, they would know about the deal I made..

'So what am I supposed to do..?' I whispered.

'Look, it's survival of the fittest now. You're gotta distance yourself, what if someone uses you?' She demanded.

'Aren't you using me..?'

'Listen, I'm helping you. Just remember that it's every object for themselves now. Did you see what happened with the BFB contestants? only 8 survived because they kept on running, not stopping for friends. They'll just slow you down!'

'Fine..'

I looked around to see if anyone saw me and wanted to know what I was doing. I finally focused my eyes on Diamond, who raised an eyebrow of me.

They'll slow you down.

I returned the look at her and crossed my arms, slowly walking away. It felt weird, it wasn't really me. She scoffed and walked out of the room. I sat in the first-aid cupboard and put the kit back. I sat and watched everyone else being taken care of and turned up the gain a little.

'Good call on your part.' Taco chuckled.

'Well she was helping me-'

'Well I am as well, and we already had a deal! I only got as far as I did by using Pickle anyway!'

'Fine..' I sighed. I turned the gain down before she started going on about season 1 again. It had been a while and Diamond wasn't back yet, it was kind of worrying. I couldn't be friends with her because of a certain SOMEONE. If I don't listen now, she'll probable either give up and I won't have the advantage anymore, or she'd kill me; Taco kept the taser. It was my only chance now.

I thought of trying to get her into being a bit more friendly seeing as her skills could help us defeat Evil Leafy, but she would be hard to convince. I needed some help, and I only knew one person who was closer to Taco than I was then.

I forced myself up and slowly walked to the middle of the room, glancing at the outside. Diamond seemed to be walking around the Fourest, maybe talking to herself. I turned away and kept on walking towards my target. I tapped his shoulder and he gave me a kind smile.

'Hey, Pickle.. I need some help.' I said.

'Sure, with what?'

'Well you know how Taco is and you know her better than anyone. What would make her snap back to her innocent, kind self?'

'Well, there is one thing.'

Pickle took my arm and dragged me to the corner of the room, where a shovel sat and leaned against the wall.

'Lemons!' He strangely beamed.

'Lemons?'

'Yep, lemons!'

'Like, the fruit lemons and not the-'

'Yep, the fruit kind of lemons!'

'Oh, phew..'

He took the shovel and handed it to me.

'Get digging!'

I thanked him and rushed outside, making sure to stay clear of Diamond and Taco. She was lucky to even be here, happened to be near the hotel when the portal opened, even though nobody saw her somehow. She broke the window and the shatter sound was disguised in all of the noise. She put the invisibility bow and slipped into the portal at the last second, and landed on the roof for some reason. At least, that's what she told me..
