It was a late summer night. The one were the cool breeze brushes across your face. The sun had set and the moon had showed. All the Bikers were lining up on the curb, were one bike ended another bike started. I hadn't learned the rope of riding a bike yet but for some reason I wanted to own a Harley Davidson bike. I was already in the biker club been in since my 18th birthday. But thats another story for another day. I just about knew why my parents put me in this club but I never spoke of it to them and especially not any outsiders. I waa kind of confused why they even let me go to a normal school but I coule never have friends over and I had to be home before hunger started to kick in. I would literally tell my friends just that. There parents would say be home before the street lights mines would hunger. Like hunger, thats so stupid. I alwaya guess one day I would know why. I snapped out of reminiscing about school and rules layed by my parents. Istomped out my cig before the crew came in I had to man the bar. They were to busy revving the bikes , smoking and laughing at each other's jokes. Mom shouts Sonya don't forget the inventory. I always forgot and would have to literally come back and do it the next morning or that night if I wasn't messed up. So I started the list immediately. My dad set the bar mood with some dark rock music, punk and a lil bit of heavy metal via the dj. He also lit the candles on the bar tables. The tables had mason jars full of who knows teeth, red tall and short candles, a menu and a napkin rack, with black table clothes ascending over the tables. The chairs were black wooden chairs. We had a permanent night dj who played the corner. But of course he left to smoke and left the music running. My spot was on the other side of the room I had whatever liquor you could think of and some fine beers too. That bar was mines. No one could tell me what to do there. I couldn't say that as for our crew. We went by the name Blood thieves. Our label was a skull that had a pirate hat on, two swords crossing underneath and at the teeth were fangs filled with blood. Lastly in the eyes were big X's. That was our family label. Our family ran deep, we were the Deadmourner's Motorcycle Crew. Everyone in the crew was family or had extended their family. If there was any one who traited the secret's with a normal non family biker, basically none memeber would face consequences. That is where I was stuck. I had a life outside the club I've always had it. I blame my parents they shouldn't of let me go to a regular school. Better yet make friends or even live were we did. But hey they did and what they did in there house was there business. They were after the head of the crew it was kind of what they said goes but they still had to answer to the higher ups. Our head lords you never seen them because they never believed in these new remedies to keep loving young and as time had gone pass them over the years they couldn't get a catch and so here's were the crew came in. They crew helped. We all helped each other. Mom was Lady mourner, Dad was Sir Mourner and I was Dead arrival that was my name. I loved like dead arrival I was pale, with big eyes outlined with the blackest eyeliner you could find. My hair was long and black with bangs cut with the center peaked. I always wore rhinestones on my fangs. We all had the ability to put them away in public. I always wore black. Corsets and panty hoes were my go to. You couldn't fuck with me I would be bitchy outside and in the bar I didn't care about our family ties. I think thats why I was dead arrival. My parents allowed my cousins be bar backs and waitresses for the table. Our bar was getting a lot of attention from other crews ones of our kind and we had to decide on to let them in, but first we needed a meeting. There were other discussions on even letting humans in. We thought we had the thirst contained. My parents learned of a way to craft an elixir that allowed us all to live normal lives it came with instructions. I had to take it all my life. That's how they made a living through out the years. But me I choose a different life. Well I didn't they did for me and it was a successful choice by day. By night The smell of elixir rum filled the room I was manning the bar. This took all my nights. But was this forever was the question?.
