Attacked

Aedion is sweating profusely and gasping for air.

"Mother!!" Aedion jolted from the bed with his hands reaching  out on the air.

"Baby...Baby whats wrong?" Liam worriedly asked and hold Aedion tightly in his embrace. He was startled in his sleep when Aedion suddenly screamed.

Aedions eyes are still dazed from sleep while struggling to reach for something.

"Baby Im here...whats wrong?" Liam tried to wake up Aedion by gently patting his cheek with his left hand.

Aedion looked at Liam and gradually his eyes are having focus.

"Liam?" Aedion whispered.

"Yes baby...Im here" Liam whispered with his reassuring voice.

"Mother...mother and father are alive..." Aedion mumbled in relief.

"You saw them?" Liam asked curiously.

"She talked to me in my dream. They are alive Liam!" Aedion exclaimed happily with tears in his eyes.

"Im happy for you baby" Liam hugged Aedion tightly while Aedion is crying in happiness.

"Thank you Liam but father is still unwell though he is doing great everyday" Aedion said delightedly.

"Where are they baby? We can come to help them and we can bring Errapel to heal your father" Liam excitedly suggested.

Aedion looked at Liam with his unsure eyes.

"I dont know where they are Liam. She didnt tell me and she is still weak, wherever they might be, they still need to regain their strength before they could come back here" Aedion explained while in deep thoughts.

"Im still on my own Liam" Aedion looked at Liam with fear in his eyes again.

"You are not alone" Liam exclaimed firmly.

Aedion stared at Liams intent gaze and smiled timidly but he gasped when he remembered something.

"Oh my...Liam we have to go back to Rieka!" Aedion suddenly exclaimed in fear.

"What? Why?" Liam asked who suddenly become on guard in seconds.

"Mother warned me that rogues are about to attack Rieka" Aedion exclaimed and Liam suddenly become dead serious with his gritted teeth and clenched jaw.

"Lets prepare" Liam briefly said with his calm voice before he stand up to wear his clothes and give Aedion his.

Aedion hurriedly wear his clothes and took from the closet the cloak that his mother gave him.

"Lets go to Errapel to check on Nuallan" Liam said with still his calm voice.

Aedion just nodded and held Liams hand.

"Liam? Aedion? Why are you here?" Errapel asked surprisingly when they just appeared inside of Errapels room where Nuallan and Zander are still sleeping.

"How is Nuallan? Can we transport him home?" Liam asked directly.

"He has totally regained his strength, he is good as new" Errapel explained softly not to wake them but the two alphas stirred from their sleep.

"What happened Liam?" Zander asked as he instantly knew that something is amiss.

"We will bring back Nuallan to his clan" Liam said briefly.

"Why?" Nuallan asked as he sat down on the bed.

"We will go back to Rieka now. There is some emergency" Liam explained briefly with his unreadable face.
