"Because the last Kalani was my grandmother...Kalani Inanna...the kings beloved queen" Aedion mumbled softly while still tenderly staring at the kings eyes before the tears started to fall in Aedions eyes.

Gasps from the council were too loud that everyone looked petrified on their seats.

Alpha Quinn and omega Ariella, their sons alpha Liam and alpha Vidarr are also stunned with what they have heard. They all know that Aedion was special among the elementals but they havent expected that he is the heir to the king.

Even the kings son was in shock while looking at Aedion and the king with their clenched jaw and sharp stares.

"Kalani Inanna?...Inanna..." the king again played the name in his tongue while trying to remember what he had missed. He knew that its someone whom he has to remember but he just cannot.

"Yes, Kalani Inanna... my king...your Queen Inanna" Aedion mumbled softly while staring at the kings confused eyes.

Aedion decided to give the king the whole vision to give him the pieces that could solve the puzzle of his confusion.

Aedion locked his eyes to the king and silently Aedion freed the buried memories from the kings deepest soul when the king gasped like he was drowning from the flashes of the vivid memories that are all returned to him. The king was in utter shock and he felt so overwhelmed that tears fell from his eyes as he slumped on his seat.

"Its not a dream... I have a queen. The woman who I've been dreaming since I can remember, she is real...she is my Inanna... My queen..." the king weeped in agony as the vision has opened the portal of his deepest memories...his happiness and sorrows.

The sadness and the longing for someone who he thought was just a figment of his imagination is so overwhelming that it seemed to be drowning him.

"My Inanna..." the king whimpered painfully as loneliness succumbed his well being. He turned and stared at Aedion with his tender eyes looking at the reflection of the past in Aedions face.

"You looked exactly like her...my grandson...Aedion...the sole heir of my Inanna" the king mumbled while he reached out his hand towards Aedion who is also in tears.

Aedion stepped closer as he was tightly embraced by the kings trembling arms as they both cried while tightly hugging each other.

The kings longing to the long lost memories of his beloved is clearly showing while hugging tightly his newly found grandson... Aedion. The only remembrance the king have from his beloved queen.

"She erased everything in your memory to protect you from too much sadness. Nobody remembered her except for my father. She was a great grandmother my king, she gave up her life to protect my father knowing that he was an ordinary alpha. She gave up her ability to cover the vulnerability of her son from those who might know that he is the heir to the throne" Aedion told the king some things that he knew about his grandmother.

"She was a perfect queen Aedion, your grandmother is everything to me and she knows that" the king mumbled painfully.

"Yes my king, I know. She is my queen" Aedion mumbled tenderly.

"You looked exactly like her...  very beautiful and serene" the king said while he looked at Aedion lovingly.

"I am handsome my king" Aedion slightly pouted when the king released him but still looking at him tenderly.

The king chuckled and caress Aedions face but his hand froze in the air when Aedion abruptly turned away from the kings touch.

Everyone was all startled when suddenly Aedion turned around and flicked his hands towards the two alphas who have knives on their hands ready to throw to Aedion and the king if Aedion was not fast enough to freeze them before everyone could react.
