Thomas wasn't making another video, yet still he summoned his sides.
"Patton, Roman, Logan!" he refrained from calling Virgil's name just yet. "Hey guys" he said. "what seems to be the conundrum, Thomas?" Logan questioned,
"I-I just" Thomas stammered, "Is Virgil alright?" he asked getting to the point, "I was feeling, like, really anxious yesterday evening, and I was wondering if everything was alright with you guys?"

The sides all looked at each other nervously, finally Roman cleared his throat, "well yes and no, he hasn't exactly told us what's bothering him yet, but he's calmed down, he had a teency bit of a panic attack yesterday"
Thomas managed to look even more sympathetic 'he's sleeping right now'

As the sides continued to explain what little they knew of Virgil's predicament to Thomas, Virgil woke up with a start, he wasn't in the comforting darkness of his room, but he was still in the common room, he realized. Slowly he got up and made his way over to the kitchen to make himself a bowl of cereal.
He was halfway through his second bowl when the other three popped up out of nowhere. They all looked to where Virgil was sleeping in unison, startled that he wasn't there.

Patton noticed Virgil first. "Virgil! Your up!" he squealed. Running over to join Virgil at the table, Roman and Logan followed, giving each other meaningful glances. "Hey Pat," Virgil said cheerfully, refreshed from the good nights rest, it has been ages since he had slept like that.

Maybe today would be uneventful.

"Virgil," the tone of Logan's voice already made Virgil take it back, "We worry about you Virgil",
Virgil became engrossed in the pattern of the table cloth as Roman joined in, "Yeah Virgil, you can tell us, you trust us don't you?"
Virgil sighed, they would just keep asking, and it was better to do it now than do it when he was having a panic attack, which was happening more and more often now. But, they way they would look at him, the fear that would be in their eyes, made him think twice.

"Guys, I just, I can't control it."
"Control what?" they all asked in unison.

"My anxiety" Virgil replied, trying to be vague.
"We are aware of that, it there something else?" Logan asked.
"Well, you know how my voice goes, when I get, like, anxious..." he trailed off

"Aww, kiddo," Patton said, "is that the reason?" implying how his voice gets layered or 'demonic' when he gets extremely anxious, thinking that that was the sole reason for his insecurities.

Oh, God, how he wanted to say yes.
Then it would all be over, and they would just leave him alone! But no, Logan, just had to be smart "But that makes no logical sense, recently you have been avoiding direct touch, that has nothing to do with your voice, is there something else you're not telling us?"
"that's not the only thing that changes" Vigil mumbled into his hand. Almost inaudible.

Then he got up, he felt like he couldn't talk anymore with out breaking down. "Virgil! Wait!" Patton cried out, grabbing for his hand,
Oh God, it was coming, thought Virgil. "Why can't you just leave me alone!" he shouted, and immediately slapped his hand over his mouth when it came out layered.

He turned tail and ran, almost tripping on the stairs, up to his room, slamming the door, sinking down to sit in front of the door.
Letting it out.
Why couldn't he just tell everyone? All this crying was ruining his eyeshadow. Then came the knocks at the door. Just like what he predicted would happen.

On the other side of the door, Patton, Roman and Logan were furiously pounding on the door, when Virgil didn't respond and they could still hear the warped sobbing coming from the other side of the door, they rattled the door nob and found the room unlocked. Like raiders they entered Virgil's room once again, greeted with the same pitch black as before.
They heard scrambling as Virgil backed away from the opening door.

"Verge?"
