Chapter 3

**DISCLAIMER: this chapter is still in Opal's POV and so will the rest of the chapters unless noted**

I sat on my bed in the apartment staring at the blank walls. My mind was in a whirl, my thoughts twisted into knots.
The teenage girl part of me was saying "Opal you should go to the game."
And the spy part of me was saying "No Opal you already missed half."
The teenage girl part had other thoughts, "So? There's another half to watch."
But I've been well trained and the spy part of me won.
In the end I stayed sitting on my bed staring at the blank walls wondering what life would be like if I were one of those girls who went to a boy's game and held a homemade glitter sign and cried when he scored.

"You missed my game."
This was new....Blake was talking to me during school and not after, at tutoring like usual. Maybe he wasn't scared of Savannah's wrath but I was.
"Hmmm" I shrugged it off and started to walk away
"Opal? Hey! Opal! Wait up!"
He chased me down the halls. I took a quick right and headed outside. Finally I turned around, after realizing that he wouldn't give up.
"Blake look at you! You're chasing after some new girl, asking her to come to your games when you have a girlfriend! A very powerful, gorgeous and slightly freighting girlfriend."
"Opal! Wait!"
"What is she waiting for!?" I nearly jumped out of my skin when I saw Savannah standing there.
"Nothing. I was just leaving." I walked away with my head down, feeling her eyes burning into my back.

I just needed to get to Sidney and Jacob, then I was home free. But that would have been too easy.....
The blonde one Kiera, I think it was spoke first "So you're the new girl.."

"Opal isn't it?" the other one, Kylie said practically finishing her sister's sentence. She said it in a way that would have sent chills down anyone's spine.
Of all the people at this school I had to run into the Kooper twins. They were almost as bad as Savannah...

"Since you're new here Savannah has been going pretty easy on you" Again Kiera spoke first

"But she won't continue to be that way, especially with you being so close to Blake" and again Kylie finished.

"So did Savannah tell you to pass that message on or did you two make it up?" I asked in my most sarcastic voice, with an extremely big and incredibly fake looking smile plastered on my face.

"Savannah sent us! We are like her messengers! Isn't that cool!!" For the first time Kylie spoke first but Kiera soon cut her off

"Kylie shut up! She was being sarcastic! You idiot!" They started arguing.
taking the opportunity to escape I started to walk away.

"Where do you think your going?"
Oh crap....it was the queen herself, in the flesh..... Savannah
Before I had time to run she had composed herself and her minions. I could already tell they were ready for blood.
"I don't know what your other school was like but here I'm queen bee and no one can touch me," she paused for dramatic effect and continued "I don't know what Blake is doing with you but I know it's not nothing and I want you to know the soon he will get bored of you and come back to me. So you better back down or you're going to get hurt."

"I'm not worried about Blake hurting me. I think I'll be fine....thanks" I said with the same extremely big and incredibly fake looking smile still plastered on to my face

"I wasn't talking about him. I was talking about me..." Her glare grew darker and I could see why a sweet, shy girl like Sidney would be afraid of her.
"Are we clear?" Her smile preppy and joyful but her eyes dark and cold.

"Crystal" I said and walked away. Now I was more sure then ever, I was going to the next football game.
