Chapter 5

I walked into school this morning feeling pretty good about myself. My ride with Adam last night was actually sort of fun. I would have preferred to ride with Sidney and Jacob but riding with Adam was still nice.

"Hey, Opal! Where'd you go last night?"

"What? You guys left me there?" I said as I walked over to Jacob, who was standing at his locker.

"We were waiting for you but Adam told us you left with Blake."

"No," I sigh "Savannah was too busy eating his face..."

"Oh, yeah she does that every time they win..." He trails off so I'm assuming losing isn't very common. "But anyways, how did you get home last night?"

"Adam drove me"

"I thought Savannah told you to stay away from Blake"

Wonderful it wasn't even 9:30 and I had already run into the terror twins.

"Hi Kiera, Hi Kylie...."

It was way to early for this...

"I think Savannah was pretty clear, don't you Kylie?"

"Yes Kiera I do." They both glared at me

"I said I got a ride with Adam, Blake and Adam are not the same person." I think I made a pretty good argument, it took them a minute to retaliate

"You're lucky we aren't Savannah!"

"Yeah Savannah would be way less forgiving!"

They shot me another glare, flipped their hair and walked away.

By the time lunch had rolled around the way I had felt this morning had completely disappeared. It's as if the plastics had felt my confidence building and knew it had to be torn down. The Kiera and Kylie thing had just been the beginning. Every time I walked by Adam or Blake some girl would cough the words "slut", "whore" or "skank". The words didn't really hurt, I guess it hurt more knowing that I truly was powerless at this school. Being powerless was not a thing I was used to and I didn't plan on letting it continue....

I was interrupted in planing my revenge when I heard I loud noise and lots of laughter. I looked up to see Sidney on the ground with her face in sloppy joe and Savannah sitting with the twins laughing. No no no no no! You could call me names,mess with me and try to ruin my life but you sure as hell could not mess with sweet little Sidney!! I was beyond furious,I got up and walked over to Savannah's table

"Leave her out of this!" I snarled

"I warned you" she said as she gave me her best extra bitchy uber fake smile

I was so done with her. Before I registered what I was doing, I had grabbed the soup that Kiera had been eating and dumped it on Savannah's head! The cafeteria went completely silent as they watched for how their queen would react. She sat speechless.

"You gave me a warning and here's yours," I smirked "come on Sidney lets go." And with that Sidney and I left the cafeteria.

We headed to the bathroom so Sidney could wipe all the sloppy joe from her face off.

"I can't believe you did that!!"

I shrugged "I didn't like the way she was treating you."

"Remind me never to get on your bad side!" She laughed
It was good to see her this happy

"I just hope someone was smart enough to pull out their phone and video!"

Sure enough someone was smart enough to video.They uploaded it to YouTube under the name "QUEEN BITCH GETS BAKED BY NEW KID"
I thought the title had a sort of ring to it, it looks like other people agreed because it had over a thousand views!
