How Does A Moment Last Forever? (Skylux)

Part 2: Hux investigates the mysterious singing voice

General Hux's Point of View:

The mysterious singer has decided to sing the song again. The voice is a deep yet delicate baritone. That's my only clue to the singer's identity. Not just me, but everyone else on board the Starkiller Base listen to the voice singing the very song I head moments ago on my own. I wonder if our connection had something to do with the chosen song he is singing.

I see captain Phasma, and asked her, "Gwen, do you know who is singing? It's beautiful...." Gwen replies, "it seems odd, for a male to sing a song meant for a soprano 2, then again, the voice this mysterious singer has, is that of a Baritone." "Thank you, Gwen, for your help, sorry that the gender of the vocal style and range is our only clue here. But I'm going to ask Vice General Kenobi next." I then see our youngest vice General, Leona Kenobi playing with her new dog I got her, and the dog barks happily, as he was happy to see me, and I sat with them, and asked Leona, "I hope you understand what I have to say, vice General Kenobi, do you know who's singing How Does A Moment Last Forever? It's meant for a soprano 2, but the clue we have to the singer, is that the singer is male, and a baritone." Leona replies, "another clue is he's 6"2 in height, you sent me to him.... And got this cute little fluffball as a reward." I was wide-eyed, the second clue would lead me to the singer, so the clues Phasma and Leona gave me we're, the singer is male, 6"2 in height, and baritonal vocal range... No it can't be! Since when if it is him, our Supreme Leader, can he song. I need to ask him.

Meanwhile on the base....

Captain Sky Skywalker's Point of View:

I have such a huge crush on both of my higher-up superiors, General Hux and Supreme Leader Kylo Ren... I'm in love with them both... I am like Kylo Ren and Vice General Leona Kenobi... I'm also Force Sensitive. I heard singing earlier, and it's a song Vice General Kenobi likes. How Does A Moment Last Forever from the Emma Watson remake of Disney's Beauty and the Beast. Who ever sang it, has me attracted to them. I walk by, and I see Hux, and he was talking to Leona,  and a cute fluffball of a dog, Pomeranian. I sat next to Hux, and Leona says, "hi Sky, meet my Pomeranian, Vader." Vader licks me, what a friendly little guy he is. (Picture of Vader below.)

I rubbed his belly, and Leona laughs as his back leg went up and down, he loves that. If I'm attracted to the singer of the song that was sang, it could be the Supreme Leader himself.

Lieutenant Natalie Simpson's Point of View:

I look over at my fellow lieutenant, Dopheld Mikata, and he seems to like like me, I mean in a romantic way, he walks over to me and I saw a cute fluffball of a kitten in his arms, a female kitty as well.

He said to me, "Lieutenant Simpson, this little fluffball is for you. A little girl kitten. I like you so much, but we can let time take it's course... See where it leads us to." He gave me the kitten, and I christened her, and named her Snowbelle. Looks like Millicent is going to have a playmate to play with. I am a bonafide cat girl like Hux is a cat man himself. Hux is still investigating the mysterious singing voice... I think it is Kylo....

Captain Sky Skywalker's Point of View:

I took a chance to accompany General Hux to solve the mystery of the mysterious singer. We reach the Supreme Leader's living quarters, and sure enough, the singing was coming from the inside. I go back to my post and started another patrol on the East wing of the base. Leona and Vader patrol the West wing of the base. The singing stopped, and it went quiet so fast. How eventful today has been after the discovery of a mysterious singer on Starkiller Base.

General Hux's Point of View:

I knock on Kylo's room door, and the Singing stopped immediately... He opens up to see me, and he says to me, "general Hux, come on in... I have a confession to make." He wasn't wearing the mask, so his voice was as clear as day, and like a crystal fountain of clear water. His eyes were that of soft melted chocolate, as to describe his eye colour. I walked in, and he invites me to sit down, and I asked him, "what is your confession?" He replied, "I not only just love you Hux, but I think we're both attracted to a certain female captain in our ranks." I knew that he was talking about Captain Sky Skywalker. But I asked him, "um, was that you who was singing How Does A Moment Last Forever?" Kylo nods and replies "yes, General Hux, it was me... I thought I may reveal a secret talent I never knew I had.... What did you think of it?" As he puts his head down, looking a little mortified. I pat him on the shoulder, and comfort him, saying, "nearly all of us heard you singing, Kylo... Your singing is absolutely beautiful, don't be embarrassed by it... Embrace it... Your singing was from the heart." I hugged Kylo and he felt better after that.

Kylo Ren's Point of View:

I felt better after the sudden contact from General Hux, and I felt relieved that I had such a beautiful voice for a baritone. Vice General Kenobi is my friend, and I always heard her sing, so why not me? I managed to attract Hux and Captain Skywalker with my singing voice... I saw Leona approach me with such a beautiful black dog helping her to patrol the West wing of the base... I wonder what she named the dog... She told me, "Vader, the Pomeranian's name is Vader." She's named her dog after Darth Vader... That's a great friend I have... I let her in my room, and I open the cabinet with the charred mask of my grandfather, Darth Vader. She kneels down on one knee and in respect, pays tribute to Darth Vader. "We will finish what you started, Lord Vader, just mark my words, we will bring down the resistance for good." Leona says to the mask, I saw she's strong in the Dark Side of the Force. Sky comes in, and she also pays her respect to the charred mask of Darth Vader.

Next chapter, Kylo and Hux team up to provide a musical surprise for Sky and Mikata asks out Lieutenant Simpson.
