Chapter 22: Everything about her

JENNIE's POV

I am really glad that the girls are happy for us. I'm glad that my parents accepted us. I don't know why they are so light with Lisa. I mean.. she's kind, she protects me.. she makes me happy. But still, I was surprised with how they accepted us so easily. I didn't know they would accept our relationship so openly. But I am really happy.

They even said that they know Lisa's parents and I can't wait to meet them. I haven't yet since we met. I wanna see them. And I wish, they'd accept us too. I mean.. I love their daughter and I want them to see that. But I am nervous upon thinking of meeting them actually. But still.

"No.. I ship them. They might just told us about them but even before, we noticed them already." Jisoo unnie said.

"Yeah.. we do. Lisa was so obvious. Remember when we were at the cafeteria and we just knew about the new transferees and Jennie walked in? She was already— You guys know we can actually hear you, right? CLEARLY." Lisa cuts them before they could spill what happened that day. I just giggled.

"Just.. mind your own world and don't listen." Jisoo unnie said.

"What?" Lisa knitted her brows while looking at the girls.

"You were literally melting Jennie with your stares that time."

"You stared at her from head to toe."

"I even noticed your gulps."

"You even had a bon— Shut up. Will you?" Lisa retorted when she cuts Chaeyoung.

I bursted out laughing with all of this. Lisa looked at me while raising her brow. Why do I find this fascinating? Whenever the girls tease her.

"One time, I went to your house and found you dreaming and mumbling her name that I really had to pour water on your face just to wake you up. Dude, you're whipped!"

The girls bursted out laughing and so do I. I can listen to them all day while they tease Lisa.

"Don't ever come to my house again, you freak!" Lisa yelled at her and then turned to me.

"Stop laughing. It's not funny." she said. But I still laughed. She's so cute when she's like this.

"What.. it's fine, Lili.. you don't have to be shy about it."

"And for the record, you really got an attitude that time in the cafeteria."

"What?" I glared at her.

"You literally raised an eyebrow at me as you walked to the empty table."

"It's because you're really staring at me. I didn't even know you that time. It's a natural reflex."

"Tss." She hissed.

"And she was staring at her again like they're not with us."

"Stop talking about us!" Lisa yelled at them.

"Hey.. it's okay. Chill." I hold her hand and pulled her closer to me. She's really cute when she's mad.

"By the way, Jen. Will you be attending class this week?" Sowon unnie asked.

"Yeah.. I'm totally fine now."

"We heard Kai and Krystal dropped their subjects already and won't go to our school anymore." Sinb said.

I just remained silent and tries my best to smiled at them. I mean.. after what happened? I don't think they would still have the guts to show themselves in school. They deserve where they are right now. They're better together and I don't care about them.
