~Chapter 13~

Ink POV
Outside was quite... I hated it...
The winter breeze flowed swiftly through the trees above...I smiled and sat on the bench.
Even If I did Forgive Nightmare...I still had the dark memories...
I wrapped my scarf tightly around my neck, and stared at the clear sky.
Then I felt two hands cover my eyes from behind, "guess who" they said.
"....um...Classic" I said, then the hands disappeared.

"Yep!" Classic said, he stepped into view.
"Your also forgetting me" I turned around and saw Nightmare.
"Oh hey..." I said silently, Nightmare smiled a bit but he quickly looked away.
"Ink since we don't have Football practice today we decided to go to Homework club with you, and your friends" Classic said.

"Oh...um..sorry guys..I'm not going to Homework club today" I said standing up.
"Ink..."
I quickly walked away, I didn't want to talk any longer.

(Several Minutes later)

I reached home, my mother had work so I sat alone in the kitchen...
'Happy birthday Ink' was wrote onto a piece of paper...
I slammed my hand on the table, I closed my eyes and sighed.
I then placed my head on the table, and I put my hands on the back of my head.
Then a knock came from the door...
Its definitely not my mom...she works late in the night...who can it be..? I thought.

I walked up to the door, and looked through the peephole to see who was on the other side.
It was Dream and the others...
I opened the door then Dream ran to me and hugged me.
"Happy birthday Ink!" Dream said excitedly.

I became silent, I then hugged back...
"Happy birthday Inky..." I looked at Nightmare, he was carrying a two boxes.
Error smiled and gave me a handshake.
"Do you mind if we come in?" Asked Cross.
I nodded and we all settled down in the
Livingroom.

Nightmare put one of the boxes in the table in the middle of the livingroom.
He opened the box and I noticed it was a cake....
Nightmare came and sat by me, he smiled and put a few candles on the cake.
Dream lite up the candles, and then everything became silent.

"Happy birthday-" Blue started singing the birthday song, then they all started singing.
Until the song was over everything became silent again.
"Blow out your candles Ink..." Nightmare said.
I blew the candles until the last flame went out.

They all clapped in glee, I then felt...tears...
I smiled as my tears flowed free, Nightmare pulled me into a hugg..
I didn't hesitate I buried my face into his shoulder.
He patted my back...and I smiled..
Maybe they all cared...maybe they aren't so Careless...
