*Cape and Shadow were still training in the Gravity room, after a while they took a break and talked*

Shadow: hey Cape 

Cape: yea ? 

Shadow: how did you even beat Metal ? 

Cape: I used the Super form and with that i was able to out speed and out power him

Shadow: how easy was it ? 

Cape: pretty easy actually I activated Chaos Control threw a few Punches  and some Chaos Spears at him 

Shadow: can you give me the Sword for a second ? 

Cape:  Sure thing *he makes it appear in his hand and hands it to Shadow* here you go

*Shadow took the Sword and felt the Big Energy in it* 

Shadow: wow this Energy is massive   

*Shadow closed his eyes and absorbs a good amount of Chaos Energy from the Sword and Turned into the Hyper Form*

Hyper Shadow:  *his eyes get big* Wow   

Cape: holy *he covers himself as the Shadow's Energy rushes threw the Ark*

Hyper Shadow:  we should't toy with this power and only use it if need to 

Cape: your right but I want to try something 

Hyper Shadow: hmm ? 

*CapeBoy Concentrated on his inner Chaos Energy and made it explode which allowed him to Turned into Super* 

Super CapeBoy: I made it 

Hyper Shadow: How did you do that now ?

Super Cape: I just made my Chaos Energy explode and that somehow triggered the Super Form.

*Super Cape turns back to Normal*

Cape: ok that's not what i wanted to do 

*Hyper Shadow released his Energy and turned back to Normal* 

Shadow: I see...by using the Energy from the sword your inner Chaos Emeralds have awoken and are allowing you to ascend into the Super From, but i drains Energy from you just like the Emeralds drain the Energy from Rings over time

Cape: *thinks for a moment* My Inner Chaos Emeralds... that means with the Emeralds itself you never unlock your Inner Emeralds, does that sounds Correct?

Shadow: that sounds correct but I have the feeling that its a weaker Super form achieved by the Chaos Emeralds

Cape: I have the same feeling...*he clenches his hand to a fist* But I have also the feeling that it can increase in many ways, that way I am not dependent on the Emeralds, just my normal own Energy

Shadow becomes a call form G.U.N 

Shadow: of course well lets go to Mobius you coming ? 

CapeBoy: Sure lets go 

*Both are warping back to Mobius, Shadow directly warped away  leaving Cape Alone* 

CapeBoy: well lets go for a run  

*Cape Speeded through different places but faster than Before*

Cape: wow the training with the gravity really paid off I am way faster than before

CapeBoy: *Skill Level up: "Speed" Level 3 *Allows to tap into Higher speed now**

*CapeBoy keept speeding around the place for the rest of the day*
