*Cape was Collecting Rings while he was Speeding threw Green Hills, after Some time he traveled to back to Tails to look at the Progress he made on Metal Sonic, after 5 minutes he arrived at the Workshop, Cape knocked on the Door and tails opend it after a few Seconds*
Tails: Hey Cape! great timeing i just finished my repairs on Metal Sonic
Cape: Hey Tails! Great to hear, Can i take a look at him?
Tails: Sure come in!
*Cape steped in and immediately saw Metal Sonic still deactivated*
Cape: *crosses his arms* did you made Some Changes ?
Tails: i did, and many of them i dont even know where to i start ?
Cape: How about My Watch? Did you manage my Request?
Tails: To my own Suprise, Yes i did! *hands him his upgraded Watch back* It can manage to reach threw Dimensions and Universe! and you should have no Trouble to Connect to Metal Sonic
Cape: that sounds great so far! and what about himself? *Attaches the Watch to his wrist*
Tails: I come to that, About Metal Sonic, I managed to restore his Memories so that he knows who we are, who he is and who Eggman is
Cape: Anything Else?
Tails: Yep! I managed to build a Sound box to him which Eggman didnt do for some reason, he can now talk like a normal Robot! and to Activate him you need a Strong Energy Source
Cape: that is Amazing Tails! but would Chaos Energy work?
Tails: It could work im not sure but we will have to see, What you should know is that he Copys Bio Data and Copy Fighting Styles from Enemys he Scans when he collects enough Bio Data he can Evolve into Neo - Metal - Sonic
Cape: Wow! that is what you can call major Upgrade
Tails: You can say that, I worked almost nonstop on him, I hope it was worth it
Cape: It will be worth it for Sure, I will make sure of that and good is that i have a idea where to activate him

Cape: See Ya later! *he holds his Chaos Emerald* Chaos! Control! *he warps with Metal Sonic to Angel Island*
*he picks up Metal Sonic over his shoulders*
Cape: *calls* Knuckles! Where are you!

*Cape flew up to the Shrine and near the Master Emerald with his shoes and sets down Metal Sonic near the Emerald; leaving Knuckles with a confused look*
Knuckles: Okay *he gets up* Why on Mobius are you thinking to bring Metal Sonic here to MY Island?!?
Cape: I want to use the Master Emeralds Power to Activate Metal Sonic again
Knuckles: Have you gone Insane!? If he gets his hands on the Master Emeralds Energy We wont be able to stop him at all! and not even if Sonic or someone uses the Chaos Emeralds because he could stop them then!
Cape: Relaxe Knux, Tails made some changes on him and upgraded him, there should be no issue, but what do you mean with stoping the Chaos Emeralds?
Knuckles: Have you forgotten already what i said a while ago? The Master Emerald Functions as a Controller for the Chaos Emeralds, if someone is using the Emeralds for Evil the Master Emerald can stop them
Cape: Hehehe I did forget that! hehehe So what about it now, are you okay with Activating Metal with the Master Emerald or not?
Knuckles: Fine Fine, I will do it, but if anything happens, you will be responsible!
Cape: Yea yea i got it, now do you thing!
Knuckles: yea yea.. *he picks up Metal Sonic and lays him on top of the Master Emerald and then steps before the Emerald, holding his hands to it, taking a breather* The Servers are the Seven Chaos..Chaos is Power Enriched by the Heart...Only the Controller can Unify the Chaos...Master Emerald Hear my Plead and Spend this Robot some of your Amazing Power!
*The Master Emerald starts to Blink in its Green Color as it starts to fully glow as it sends Energy to Metal Sonic's Core, activating him again*
Metal Sonic: *his eyes glow up as he boots up, he sits up looking around before his jumps of the Master Emerald*
