"I hear a million voices in my head
Telling me the things I should have said"
-

"What have I done?" Sam Winchester breathed out as he started the 1967 Chevy Impala and drove to the motel that he was staying at. "Please be there." He prayed and brushed his hands through his hair. "Please just be there." He breathed out.

After years of being together, after everything that they had been together and everything that was left to say, she couldn't leave. She just couldn't. What had he done!

Sam left the engine running, knowing the consequences of it but she was worth it. She was worth everything. The six-foot three man barged the door open and ran into the motel room, hoping to catch a glimpse of the blonde hair of the woman that he was searching for. But to his misfortune, the room was empty.

Sam noticed that his bags were already packed and placed on his bed and on the empty bed that used to be the woman's, there was a note. One final note that he couldn't bear to look at. His feet carried him to the bed but he knew what to expect. It was his fault after all. She had done nothing wrong and he deserved it. He deserved every bad thing that was happening to him.

He took a deep breath and picked the piece of paper up from its place. He couldn't believe that he was looking at the perfect cursive handwriting for the last time. There were only two lines written.

"I'm doing what you wanted."

"No." He whispered.

"Good luck with Lilith."

"No!" He screamed and threw the paper away but that wasn't enough to subdue his anger.

He walked towards the study table that he was using and found it neat, neater than what he had kept it as. But he pushed off whatever was on it. "No!" He screamed and trashed the room. "No." He cried as he slid down the wall, closing his face with his hands as he let tears come into his eyes. "What have I done?"
