More Than my Twin

Chapter 10 *epilogue*

*Cory POV*
Today is Saturday and the day I'm going to do it. I'm going to ask my brother and boyfriend to become my brother and fiancé, soon to be husband. Last night Tim and I went around trying to find the perfect spot to propose and I decided on where I asked him to be my boyfriend which is my living room. I know so romantic. A living room. As soon as I woke up this morning I started getting it even more ready. I plan on taking him to dinner and then we are going to come back and I'm going to propose. Our friends are going to be here to witness it but they aren't going to be seen. I know Coby would want to celebrate this moment with friends but I want it to be a surprise. He already knows we are going to dinner. He thinks it's only because we are celebrating our 1 year anniversary of dating and he is partially right. It is noon and I'm picking him up at six. I finish off the last few plans for the proposal and then head to my room to get ready. Once I'm dressed in my nicest clothes I look at the time and realize I should head to pick him up. I get to his place and walk to the door. I knock on the door and then walk in. My twin appears and I'm at a lost for words. He looks so handsome.
"You look nice" he says
"So do you" I say
We walk out and he locks his door. I open the car door for him and he gets in. I then go to my side and get in as well. I drove to dinner to a nice place. After dinner we go back to my house. I open the door and Coby gasps at the candles he sees lit that Tim just did when I texted him saying we were on our way.
"Coby you may be my identical twin, so a forced friend for life, but my love for you has grown more than how a brother would feel. We might be forced friends, but we are together in love by choice and I hope you make another choice to deepen this love by saying yes to this question. Coby Cotton, my twin, and my lover, will you marry me" I ask
I look up at him and he is crying so much that all he can do is nod. I slide the ring onto his finger and then all of our friends appear cheering and clapping which makes him cry even more. I can't believe that I just did that. He went from my twin to my boyfriend and now to my fiancé. Can't wait until he's my husband.

*Coby POV*
Cory and I have been married for five years now and those five years have been amazing. We are still a part of Dude Perfect which is going great and has had their best years since many. I've also gotten a lot better at battles and have won almost as many as Cory. Definitely more than Cody. Cory and I also adopted two kids. We were only going to adopt one, but we found a kid we loved and found out he had a baby sister so we adopted both of them three months ago. I know, we waited awhile to start a family. We just wanted to make sure we had enough of a security to raise a family. The boy we adopted is 7 and his name is Elias. He definitely took a quick liking to Cory and that's okay. His little sister who is 10 months old name Juniper clings to me. She is definitely a daddy's girl while Elias is a papa's boy. Cory and I could not have asked for a better life after all the struggle we went through early on in our relationship and before our relationship.
